Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

We had a wonderful stay and the pool was perfect for our kids and their cousins, aged 6-9. Will definitely be planning to stay here again when we are in the area next!

Amazing house for retreats....this is my second time there and I cannot wait to go back!

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

Kyle was a fantastic host! He was extremely communicative leading up to and during our visit. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable with fresh, spotless linens and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed and then some. While we did run into issues with the hot tub, Kyle was very responsive and had someone out to fix it within an hour! I was very happy and impressed with our stay and Kyle's hosting. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe with beautiful nature very close by. I would certainly stay here again.

The house was very beautiful. Great views! Plenty of beds and space to spread out. Great back yard space too! Only concerns I had, there is an apartment in the basement. The door to the basement is locked so that the tenants cannot get into the house. I didn’t see that mentioned in the ad. Also, after I payed, I was informed that a wedding would be going on the first night, out in the side barn so we had to stay inside the house until 8pm. Wedding went on longer than originally stated. Great host however! Quick and helpful responses!

It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great. Pool and hot tub are amazing. My only critique is that the seating in the two living rooms wasn't super comfy. More like sitting rooms rather than lounging rooms where you can lay down and watch a movie. I'd definitely stay here again and if you have adults it's not an issue but with several kids with us that proved to be less than perfect. Everything else was great!

It was a nice, quiet place that we could feel at home. It was a 5-star stay; we could not have asked for a better place!

Very pleased with the cottage!! I am always worried about cleanliness but your place made me comfortable. The location is amazing as we could ride everywhere we needed to (the bikes were SO helpful) thank you! Lastly, the master bed didn’t hurt my back like most. Great place to stay for extended work trips. Feels so much more like a real home which really helps for those long stays. Enjoying breakfast while listening to the wild quail on the porch is a perfect vibe for me.

We loved Jake’s place! It was much larger than in the pictures and very comfortable for our large family. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the pickleball and basketball court! Our dog loved the yard. We are already thinking about coming back. Thank you Jake!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! It was the perfect time of year with a huge pop of color from the neighborhood trees. All the trees were covered with flowers. The neighborhood is safe and tree-lined and only a block away from the Perry market street with little shops and restaurants. Tons of charm. The host was super attentive and made our stay very comfortable. The beds were comfortable for my father in law as well as my husband and myself. Lots of fun little treasure to find throughout the house. I'm sure their garden will be exploding with beautiful flowers come May.

This is a great stay especially if you have a dog. The host offered us a dog door which was really great and convenient for us. It’s only a few minutes from Tubbs Hill and a huge park downtown which had tons to do. Trader Joe’s is close, and overall there were many local coffee sports nearby which is a win for me.

Great place just as advertised. Perfect for a mid-length stay and spacious enough for a small group! Good mix of walkable or driving to locations depending on personal preference

This was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay, close to the action of downtown Couer d' Alene and surrounding area. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Very quiet neighborhood, with numerous deer wandering the neighborhood. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Merry is easy to get in touch with.

We had another excellent experience with our stay at Amy's place. We are repeat visitors and are always happy with all accommodations. I will continue to stay here as we are always satisfied with the experience.

We have stayed at Anna's Airbnb twice now and think it's a great place. Hope to stay there again in the future. It is very well kept and clean with all the things one needs for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

Great location! Huge backyard for your fur family. The house was very cozy! Comfortable beds was a bonus!

Best Air B&B EVER!! This is by far the nicest, cleanest and overall best home we have ever rented! Spotless, stocked up (with ALL of the essentials ++), spacious, BEST DECORATIONS….I could go on and on. What stood out was how much it felt warm and cozy and safe. I mean it really feels like home. The decorations are unique and unique to Spokane! The responsiveness and protectiveness of Eric and Mirjam was the best I’ve seen. I can’t recommend this home enough!! We will never ever forget it. Thank YOU Eric & Mirjam!!!!

Alex's house was perfect for our needs. My family and I rented the house for 7 weeks. At various times we had 2 and 4 people and there was plenty of room with its large furnished basement. Alex was very flexible about check-in and departure times as well as changing our start date. The house was clean and well furnished. The couple of times that we requested something like extra light bulbs, Alex had it delivered thru Amazon the next day. It is in a safe residential area about a 10-minute walk from downtown.

This place made the weekend so easy. Great room options, elegant space upstairs fun hangout space downstairs. Awesome kitchen amenities if you plan to cook!
