Lovely spacious townhouse with a very convenient location near many museums and park. The place feels very large. The decor is a bit odd --with paintings etc. in duplicate-- but overall the place is functional and would be suitable for a group.

Overall, a great experience! Beautiful home. Very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to note: if you don't have a car, getting in and out of the home and gate is a little tricky.

This was the perfect place for me and my family to stay for a weekend. We had 2 CRVs that fit perfectly in the garage, very helpful on the sizing listed. We were able to walk to a few restaurants which was really nice! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone! Very safe and very nice house!

Wonderful home! Mark’s home is a great place to stay in the city. Extremely comfortable and spacious! The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s easy to get to and perfectly located. I really could move in permanently! The teens enjoyed having their own space as the home is very spacious. Mark is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. Sam was a great host from start to checkout, with very prompt and concise information. The gated neighborhood was very quiet with sidewalks weaving throughout to make walking very enjoyable. We felt very much at home in this spacious and well-designed garden home. We enjoyed the location as it took us out of the fray of being in closer to the city traffic. Groceries, car wash, restaurants, parks and take out foods all within a very short drive. We highly recommend Sam's home.

Nima’s place was great! It’s located minutes away from Downtown Houston and close to everything in the city. The place was very clean and well kept I would absolutely stay here again. Nima was very communicative and was always readily available if I needed anything. Absolutely would stay here again my next time in Houston! A great place and great deal!

The place was clean and spacious. It had all the basic necessities. The only thing to be aware of it is located in the hood. We didn’t have any issues. Definitely would not mind rebooking on my next trip.

Deneisi was very responsive in the booking process and throughout our stay and even after! There was more than enough space for our party (3 adults). The unit is well-maintained and clean. Due to the weather we didn't get to spend as much time as we would have liked on the rooftop but it has amazing views of the Houston skyline. We would definitely book again! Great place near where there’s lots to do. Spacious and clean! Also really much valued Fernando and Armando’s responsiveness to messages if there were any issues!

Charlotte’s place looks even nicer than the pictures and was very spacious and comfortable. It was really nice to be able to park our car in the garage and go straight into the house. The rooftop deck was awesome and had great views of downtown. The location is great and very close to some awesome restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet to be in such a densely populated area. We will definitely stay here again for our visits to Houston. We highly recommend Charlotte’s place.

The accommodations were perfect. Very relaxing and clean. The patio area was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The nice welcome bottle of wine got our stay started. Close to various restaurants and shopping. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Abraham was wonderful about making sure we had everything we needed.

We reserved very last minute due to some unfortunate circumstances. The host responded quick and gave us instructions for check-in, very minimal and fast. The place was clean and very spacious.
