Beautiful cabin located in Lands of Pickwick subdivision. It's just minutes from Pickwick State Park, boat ramps, & stores. Nestled on 1 acre of woods, Blade Bay features lots of windows and a wrap around deck so you can enjoy nature and the sunrises while sipping your coffee in the morning or beverage of choice in the evening. We have high end furnishings throughout the house with Tempurpedic and Sealy mattresses for a great nights sleep. We also have a fenced yard so you dog will love it too!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin, secluded but close to grocery store and Stateline boat ramp. We have 4 cabins that were built this year (completed September 2023). These cabins on 10 acres were spaced far enough apart for privacy (each on approximately 2 acres). Brand new 5 bay boat storage on sight with lights, that is shared by all 4 cabins. No WIFI available but our 5G phones connect just fine. No smoking inside or littering outside. Grill on porch. small fire pit.

A spacious backyard with mature trees provides tranquility and a great spot for outdoor gatherings or quiet mornings with nature.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish cozy cabin tucked away on a quite cul-de-sac. Bring your boat, kids, ATV's, and pets for a wonderful weekend getaway. 3 minutes away is Bruton Branch Recreational Area that has camp sites, a playground for the kids, a boat ramp, and must see sunsets. ATV? We are 10 minutes from Dry Creek Rainbow Falls. We have plenty parking for trucks and trailers. Fishing? Bring you catch back to the cabin and clean them in our outdoor fish cleaning station.

New cottage just off hwy 57 across from Dollar General. Located on the #8fairway of Shilo Falls golf course. Step out in the back yard and watch the golfers go by . Plenty of room to park your boat . 5 minute drive to the lake and public beach. Dogfriendly,must indicate on reservation. Restaurants close by, PickwickSupermarket just down the street, Shilo national park and battle field about 20 minutes away. Pontoon boat rentals at the state park , Aqua , or Grand Harbor just minutes away.

Downing Hollow Farm is a 35-acre retreat tucked into a quiet hollow in the rolling hills between Memphis and Nashville. Beautiful in every season, it’s located in Middle Tennessee, just east of Savannah—30 minutes to Pickwick Landing State Park and the Natchez Trace Parkway, 20 minutes to White Oak Falls, and 45 minutes to Shiloh National Military Park. Quiet nights and open fields, fireflies at dusk, murmuring creeks, and whippoorwills call through the cool, star-filled evening air.

The Green Dock River Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 3 bedroom cabin on the beautiful Tennessee River. Bring your sporting or fishing boat, jet skis, kayaks or paddle boards and enjoy fun in the sun with your family and friends or fishing buddies. The 3rd bedroom is its own suite with a separate bathroom, fridge, coffeepot and microwave. The cabin is quiet and private but just minutes away from shopping and restaurants and has excellent wifi and great cell service for most.

Great for traveling workers, or get-a-way. Catch and release fishing! This cabin is just over 400 sqft- has a Queen bed, living room has a Futon couch (futon is a full size mattress, ideal for small children) Furnished kitchen, wifi, Amazon prime on 2 TVs. Great location! 8 minutes to Tennessee river/boat launch. 5 minutes to golf course, 15 mins to Shiloh National park, and 25 minutes to Pickwick landing state park.
