Upon arrival house was beautiful, Inside was very clean, and had accommodations( shampoo, soap, towels, dishes) . our son made use of the crab traps and caught several blue crab. Todd was available and very informative and sweet! Thanks Todd

Great location. Centrally located to all the places we wanted to be. Place was grea. No issues.

We loved our stay in NOLA! This airbnb stay was perfectly located. Close to Frenchman Street for the live music and nightlife, but far enough away that it was peaceful to sleep. Plenty of amazing restaurants and things to do in the area. We also found that parking our rental car was quite easy on one of the nearby side streets. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and it was easy to check in and out. The hosts were very friendly and communicative as well. I highly recommend Sarah's place!

I loved staying here. We went with 9 girls for my bachelorette party. There were beautiful places to take photos, a great back yard/courtyard to hang out in (and balcony), and was modern and clean. The girls loved the Airbnb as did i. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood while also being a 20 minute walk to bourbon street. At night we ubered but during the day we walked! She’s also so sweet and responsive- let me check in early too! If I was going back to NOLA, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a gorgeous home! We were just blown away when we checked in and couldn't get over the layout and the character of the place. I wish we had had more time, and I will definitely book this place again next time I visit NO. The Marigny has always been my favorite neighborhood, and Franz's place was just deep in enough to be quiet, away from the lively bars on Frenchman, while being a short walk to all the action. Mostly though, I could have spent the whole visit on the balcony porch drinking coffee. So dreamy!

We absolutely loved this home during our stay in NOLA. It was only about 2 blocks away from the St. Charles streetcar which was great when needing to use public transportation. We found a lot of great places to eat locally as well. We felt safe in the area we were in but if you went a few blocks down, it could be a little sketchy. We rarely went down that way so it wasn’t an issue at all. We’d definitely stay again if in NOLA!

We had the absolute best stay here!! When we arrived everything was immaculately clean Robin is a wonderful host and so sweet She thought of everything we might need as far as bedding, toiletries, hygiene care, dishes, laundry supplies, snacks, etc The backyard was lovely, def recommend if you have kids who need space to run around It is about a 25min drive to Bourbon St and French Quarter area. It was well worth it for such a quiet and safe neighborhood We will be staying here in the future for sure Thank you again Robin, you made this trip so magical 🌸✨

Great little place near tons of good restaurants, bars, and shops. We wandered to the French Q (25 min walk), which has lots going on as well. Our place was remarkably quiet during our stay. Our kiddo slept on the couch and had no complaints about comfort. Just what they advertised, what we needed, and would come back. Also, the little decorative details were amazing; well curated art and interior!
