Great Deal for anyone looking for a spacious and quiet spot only a mere 20 minutes from downtown Richmond! Highly recommend.

Samantha’s place is perfect for families with kids - we have family in Richmond and needed a place to stay nearby. The house was clean and thoughtfully decorated and furnished and had everything we needed, and Samantha was proactive in checking on how things were going and if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend her place!

A group of 7 women, ages 31 to 83 stayed in Adam's place. It was PERFECT for our needs. The house was beautiful and smelled new. We enjoyed playing games at the huge dining table. The bathrooms were GORGEOUS!! We would definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at this house - very comfortable and convenient to all of the things to do in the Richmond area. Very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It will be our go to place to stay when visiting Richmond. Claude is an excellent host.

Mei was very helpful and responsive, it was a great place and we had a wonderful stay.

It was the perfect home for enjoying our daughter’s wedding weekend with our family and friends. The price was worth it for this special occasion. The kitchen was well stocked. We were too busy to enjoy the beautiful screened in porch, or use the grill and fire pit. Those were our only regrets. Thank you again, Kay, for thinking of everything!

We booked this airbnb for our out of town guests and it was the perfect location for everyone to stay at! Close to favorite coffee shops, fit everyone comfortably and was as pictured. The hosts were responsive and so friendly especially when requesting an earlier check-in. It was the perfect place for our group! Only downside was parking. The listing mentions onsite and paid parking but not how many spaces are available. With sleeping 14 people it was difficult to park more than 2 cars onsite. One of our guests got a parking ticket on the street even on a Sunday. Overall we would definitely recommend and possibly book again if in the area again!

We loved this place! Came here for a long weekend and enjoyed the walkability of the area and took advantage of the outdoor balcony. Catherine was responsive and helped with everything we needed! I recommend.

wonderful stay! booked it for Galaxy Con and it worked perfectly. walkable to both the convention center and a ton of restaurants. very comfy, far enough from downtown that it was quiet at night, and a lovely stay overall

Loved that this place was pet friendly and so walkable! I was able to bring my dog and let her out in the fenced in yard supervised. Very good stay!

Fantastic space in Richmond's Fan! We were in Richmond for a family wedding and wanted a homebase for relaxing, spending time visiting with family, and enjoying the restaurants in the Fan and Carytown. Catherine's garden level suite was perfect for all our needs. Beautiful backyard that welcomed us and we enjoyed sitting within for outdoor afternoon visits. Nearby delicious restaurants to indulge. The offstreet parking stall was an extra perk. The space was clean and inviting, exactly as photographed. Communication with Catherine was very responsive and always friendly. Definitely would recommend this space for those visiting Richmond area. We will book again! Thank you!

Super cute, comfy apartment. Location was great, walkable to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around. Bryson is an awesome host, great communication, very responsive. Will definitely rent again if I'm in the area.

If you are looking for a cozy space that is in a convenient location, this is the spot to be! This is definitely one of my favorite places that I have stayed at in Richmond.

Thanks again to our hosts! Great space near plenty of great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to grocery stores as well. Easy parking, so you can leave the car for your entire stay and just walk to your desired destination. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Richmond!

Great place and great host. I stayed for two weeks and found everything I needed nearby and walkable, from restaurants to the Altria Center where I was performing. Very comfortable place and fast WiFi among other amenities. Would definitely choose to stay here again if I returned to Richmond.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.
