This restored Queen Anne Victorian built in 1894 has a butler's pantry, Sunroom/Family Room with French doors to deck, pool and fenced in grounds, Living Room. The millwork of each room is crafted of different exotic woods. Handcrafted ornate wood fretwork adorns the front hall, and entrance to Living Room and Kitchen. Located in Central Park Historic District, walkable (4 blocks to Main Street). 3 bedrooms upstairs each with Queen size bed, Sofabed (Queen mattress in Living Room) and 2.5 baths.

Oakbrook Akers Lakeside Cabin Retreat

Located in the heart of the country, Oakbrook Akers Cabin is an absolute retreat! Relax on the many porches overlooking the pond, take time to meander to the docks to fish, enjoy s'mores over the stone fire pit or spend the evening at the grilling station in our covered patio. In the winter, tuck yourself away in the cozy cabin complete with a wood burner, having a movie or game night (with popcorn of course)! Built by my father, we hope you cherish your time spent here just as our family has.

The Spring House!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 1890's farmhouse that has been completely transformed with all of the amenities you want and need. This convenient first floor apartment is located right across from one of Quincy's most iconic and favorite restaurant's, The Abbey! A fabulous space that features keyless entry, beautiful kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a wonderful onyx shower and comfortable beds with high end furnishings and lots of extras.

Gypsum Hill

Bring your whole group to this great place with plenty of space for fun. Built in 1913 the Historic charm this property offers is just blocks away from Historic Downtown Hannibal where you can enjoy Main Street and Music Under the Stars. This home is equipped with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms (1 stand-up shower, 1 bath tub), 2 king beds and 1 queen. (Off street parking in the back, exterior currently in process of refinishing as well as other small items that will not affect your stay)

You will be within walking distance of 2 National Landmarks (Mark Twain Cave, Cameron Cave) as well as our Winery and Giftshop. Located just two miles from Hannibal's Historic District.

Molly’s Riverview Retreat

Wake up and take your coffee out to relax on the same veranda that Molly Brown (the “Unsinkable”) enjoyed when visiting her sister while watching the mighty Mississippi roll by. Built in 1844 by the first Judge in the territory, , Molly was headed to this house when the Titanic sank. Enjoy the original hardwood floors in the dining room, marked by embers of fires used to cook countless family meals under the hearth. Walk to all the downtown attractions, nightlife and festivals.
