Great higher floor unit with nice Mountain Views. Comfortable space and easy access with very nice guard staff. Was nice to do laundry with ease. Great location close to Nimman area and easy access for motorbike parking.

I have stayed at the various units at this condominium during my previous visits in Chiang Mai. My host and her co-host were the best among my previous stay experiences since they put into many small fine details to make my stay feel like home away from home. Check in was also easy and smooth. I would love to return to her unit again in the future.

I’m so glad I chose to stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect; just a few minutes’ walk to Maya Mall and One Nimman, and surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafes, and spas. The hosts were incredibly accommodating; they even allowed me to return to the room to freshen up after my tour, despite having checked out earlier that day. Their responsiveness was impressive, replying promptly even late at night, which, while not necessary, was greatly appreciated. The next time I visit Chiang Mai, I will definitely stay here again! 💯

Pros: Clean, new, fresh, spacious, responsive host, convenient, quiet, pool, washer, comfortable bed, plenty of linens, fast internet, water provided Minor cons: take your own instant coffee/tea/creamer/sugar; no hot water at the bathroom sink; the "dryer" listed under amenities is a rack on the balcony Major cons: none Overall: Great place to stay. Hemos estado de maravilla en este alojamiento, Lek cuida cada detalle para que todo se haga más agradable. Nada más entrar al apartamento olía a limpio, todo estaba muy limpio, tienes un gran bote tanto de gel como de champú y debajo del fregadero de la cocina, tienes productos de limpieza y para rellenar tanto el gel como el champú. Tiene mosquitera por lo que no hemos tenido ni 1 mosquito en la casa. En la planta G tienes para lavar tu ropa y muy cerca hay un supermercado mini BigC. Esta muy bien ubicado. Por decir algo “malo” es que el aire acondicionado está enfrente de la cama y para mi no es algo positivo ya que me levantaba con dolor de garganta a pesar de ponerlo a una temperatura no muy fría.

My stay in this place was just great. Everything was clean and in order. Yaya made sure of many details to make me feel in home. I love the fact that this place is right next to Maya mall almost, where you will find many things. She was very helpful and kind all the time, thank you Yaya for making me feel in home and provide me information of tours in Chiang Mai.

Owner was an amazing host responding really fast. Her place was beautiful to stay in and really cozy and comfortable would definitely recommend and stay here again:)

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

We had a great 14 day stay. Good location and great facilities. Apartment is in a quiet area but close to restaurants and Maya/One Nimman. Grounds are well maintained and equipped. Apartment, itself, is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The AC works very well and shower has good hot water flow. Another bonus is the Friday night market a few doors away from the building. We will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

I had amazing experience during my stay. The apartment is exactly as described, very cozy and has everything for a long stay. It is clean, airy and bright. There’s swimming pool and a small gym, that is super convenient. The location of the building is perfect, on a quiet side street, away from the street noise (there’s airplane noise of course, but it’s a price you pay staying at this exactly location, I love it here despite). Cheers to the coolest host, they were very responsive and flexible with my stay, I enjoyed the communication. They let me keep my things inside the unit in between my 2 bookings, that was super awesome. I will definitely come back when I am in Chiang Mai again!

사진과 같이 좋았어요! 근처에 미니 빅씨마트가 있고 비행기소리 걱정했는데 생각보다 괜찮았어요 ㅎㅎ 마야몰이랑은 쪼끔 먼.. ㅎㅎ 덕분에 치앙마이에서 너무 잘 지내서 짐을 싸고 나오는데 눈물이 나오더라구요🥺.. 감사합니다 또 올게요

This is one of the best Airbnb stays I've ever had. The apartment is beautiful. The building is impeccably kept. I used the gym and the pool daily. The location was perfect for me because I always stay outside of the madness but a short motorbike ride to get into it if I want to. Tip: be sure to put The Unique Condo Koomeuang as the address if you are in an Uber or taxi because my drivers were very perplexed without it.

We loved our stay! The property matched the listing pictures perfectly. Nicha was very kind and responded in a timely manner. The location is centered around multiple malls and food places. You can actually see the Maya mall from the balcony! All of the amenities listed, including the washer, were easy to find and accessible. I would definitely recommend booking this Airbnb.

Joanna's place was great. She was a very responsive and helpful host. We asked for extra linen and they provided these right away. Would highly recommend to friends staying in Chiang Mai who want to access Old Town, but have more peace and quiet. You can cook in the fully equiped kitchen, but also easily Grab food from the mall in front. Not noisy at all despite being quite near the airport. Gym had more than enough equipment, great pool, even had a library. Thanks for hosting us.

This is a great place! Near the mall and shops. It does have noise from the airport, but that goes with most places on the west side of town, and it wasn’t intolerable. I would definitely recommend this place for getaways or shorter stays.

What a wonderful stay in the heart of Nimman! I recently completed a long stay here and really enjoyed myself. The condo itself is lovely and had everything I needed. It was a nice to relax here after a day of exploring. The complex itself is great with friendly staff and roof top facilities to really enhance a stay. Location was also amazing. Communication was always quick and friendly. Any questions I had were always promptly replied to. I look forward to returning here on future visits to Chiang Mai. Thank you!

님만에 위치한 너무나도 예쁜 숙소 입니다! 저는 새벽에 도착하였기 때문에 늦은 체크인을 이용하였는데요. 청소하시는 분께서 열쇠를 직접 전달해 주셨어요. 체크아웃은 비대면으로 진행 됩니다. 1) 안전 로비에는 항상 경비원분이 계시고, 열쇠가 있어야 공동 현관문을 열고 엘레베이터에 탈 수 있어 안전한 숙소라 느껴집니다. 사실 치앙마이 치안이 매우 좋아서 걱정이 크지 않지만요. 2) 청결도 전반적으로 깨끗합니다. 특시 욕실이 깔끔해서 만족스러웠어요. (욕실에 한국 필터기가 있습니다! 센스가 아주 좋다고 생각했어요) 저는 장기간 이용하여 셀프로 청소를 해야했지만 체크인을 하였을 땐 딱히 불편한 점 없이 깨끗했어요. 주방의 경우 발코니와 연결되어있어서 어쩔 수 없이 작은 벌레와 먼지들이 있긴 하지만 아름다운 발코니 풍경에 양보할 수 있었어요. 3) 위치 님만해민에 위치하지만 올드타운까지도 충분히 걸어갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 님만 5-10분, 올드타운 10-20분, 싼티탐 10분 정도 걸리는 아주 좋은 위치입니다. 이 숙소의 최대 장점인 것 같아요. 4) 편의시설 및 숙소 용품들 5층에 위치한 공용 수영장은 아주 깨끗하고 한적합니다! 아주 자주 이용하였어요. 숙소에는 청소용품(대걸레, 청소기, 빗자루 등)이 있어 청소가 가능하고 우산, 샴푸, 바디워시, 드라이기, 수건 및 행주(체크인 시 발코니에 있는 빨래 건조대에 있습니다. 저는 이것을 알지 못해서 구매했어요😢) 쓰레기 봉투와 휴지의 여분까지 넉넉합니다. 주방에는 식기류 후라이팬, 냄비가 있지만 요리를 할 수 있는 오일이나 조미료는 없으니 챙겨가셔야 해요. 5) 소통 호스트는 아주 친절합니다. 제가 이것저것 질문을 많이 했지만 빠르게 모두 답해줬어요. (쵸쿰 키촪흔 냬섁을 허킨 해찌만눀) 웰컴 푸드와 물도 제공해주었답니다! 6) 단점 방음이 좋은 편이 아니라서 소음에 예민하시거나 벌레를 싫어하시는 분들(오픈된 주방으로 날벌레가 조금 있긴 합니다. 많진 않음)은 불편할 수 있어요.
