Please note: There are stairs leading to the 1st floor as soon as you enter through the front door, please ensure you are responsible by keeping your children safe when going up & down the stairs & away from the stairs as there are no child gates installed.

Light and airy double room on 3rd floor of modern town house in North Solihull near to Birmingham. Excellent transport links via bus and train to Birmingham, Coventry and Solihull. Ten minutes from Birmingham Airport, NEC and Birmingham International Station. Local convenience shops short 5 minute walk. Lots of lovely parks and green spaces in local area with woodland areas and a lake. The property also has a small courtyard garden that you are welcome to use for relaxing and outdoor dining.

My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Cosy Bedroom with Private Bathroom & Breakfast

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!
