The Schoodic National Scenic Byway is on the far side of Long Cove, and you can hear some traffic noise from outside the RV, but for complete silence check out my other two places by looking at "about me" on my profile.

The airstream is equiped with a complete kitchen, shower, bathroom sink and camping toilet. Just steps away is a pristine outdoor state of the art eco outhouse with a sink for washing up. Smaller crate trained pets allowed for a fee, must be discussed before making a reservation. Close to Acadia and hiking.

At the southern tip of Schoodic Peninsula is Schoodic Point, quite possibly the prettiest spot in all of Acadia National Park. And since it's located in the Schoodic portion of one of the most visited national parks in the US, it only sees about 10% of the tourist traffic the main area of the park on Mt. Desert Island sees!

Plenty of local knowledge as to where to find the best lobster, your own fire-pit. You are welcome to enjoy your own private camp or join in with our family for fire pits under the stars on our own wild little prairie.
