The house was inviting and comfortable. It had plenty of room for a large group with multiple gathering spaces. It was well-appointed and in an excellent location to access shops, restaurants, and activities.

This was our second stay at this home. The location is ideal for us while visiting our granddaughter during the holidays. This home is spacious and maintained so well that we did not even consider staying anywhere else. The host reached out to us before our arrival and ensured we had all the information we needed. Once again, we had a wonderful stay without any incidents requiring us to contact the host. Beautiful home away from our own home.

Our short stay was awesome!! House was even better in person! Spacious and open!! 5 stars!! House had everything you will need and more!! Reanna was responsive and communicated every step of the way! If ever in the area again, this house will be 1st on my list!!!

We stayed at the ginkgo house last night for a “girlcation” as my 4 yr old would say. Great location! We were able to walk to the heart of town for dinner, drinks, and local shops. Perfect place to stay if you are looking for a getaway, whether it be a girls weekend, couples or family. The beds were super comfy, and the house was overall a very tidy house. LOVED the decor and style of the house. Host was very friendly and communicated well throughout our stay. Highly recommend and will stay again!

My husband and I were visiting from out of state to attend the Taylor Swift concert and Erin’s place was so perfect! It was only a 30 minute drive to Indianapolis and the home was so cute and comfortable. You can tell she has put a lot of effort into making it a nice place to stay for her guests! Erin was also very friendly and accommodating. She even left me a Swiftie gift for the concert! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Had a lovely stay with no complaints, Matt was a wonderful host, very communicative and helpful. When I asked about black out curtains due to having young children, he went and got them and had them ready to go for when we got there. He even had beer and wine waiting for us when we got there. I would recommend staying here if you are looking in the Fortville area.

Plenty of space, nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. You can tell the owners take pride in their home/space. Clear communication from hosts. Would recommend. A++

we stayed overnight and the location could not have been any more perfect for the event I was attending. The instructions were clear and they were proactive about making sure you understood them. Unit was clean and as pictured. There are numerous walkable sites nearby. I would definitely consider staying again.

Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! So many things to do around and we loved meeting Joshua who gave us some great recommendations of things to do. It was so cozy and she was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything! We will definitely be back! The only thing was there was a hair clump in the shower when I was getting in but other than that, great place! I love that she recycles and composts too!

Julie was great! She came out to greet us when we first got here, gave us great dog friendly recommendations and all around just made us feel welcome and safe! We will definitely be staying here again!!

I stayed at Acacia's place for 4 nights with my business being at the Convention Center. That was a little less than a mile walk which was super convenient. There was a delicious Ethiopian restaurant on the same block and a modern American restaurant a few blocks down. I really enjoyed the distance to the War Museums, Capitol, and other historical areas of Indianapolis. It was also less than a mile from night life on Massachusetts Ave. The place is quietly tucked in a corner that's gated which felt safe. Her place was matched everything in the description and she was very helpful with the check-in process since there were multiple entrances. The room was private with its own bathroom and kitchen, very cozy. Acacia was an awesome host and would stay again!

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Carmel. Very clean. Had everything that we needed. Will stay again if we are back in town.

Absolutely loved staying at James’ place and would stay again in the future! He provided helpful recommendations and his check-in and check-out instructions were very thorough, which is always appreciated. He is a super friendly and responsive host. I definitely recommend staying here! It is gorgeous and in a wonderful area!

Came down for FDIC, the location was perfect and the host was great.

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Definitely recommend! Rod was very welcoming and responsive. The condo was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you are needing a place to stay in New Castle!
