We couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the house is, the space that we had (both inside and out) and how much we truly felt at home while visiting one of our favorite places to vacation as a family together. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Princeville. The space was perfect for our group of eight — spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen was wonderful and made it easy to cook meals together, and the location was ideal for quick trips to Hanalei Bay and other nearby spots. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Laura was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The standout feature was definitely the lanai. We started each morning with coffee out there, enjoying the breeze, the sound of birds, and the ever-changing weather — from gentle rain to sudden downpours. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the lush surroundings. The ping pong table was a fun bonus and got plenty of use. This home was the perfect base for our trip and we’d absolutely stay again!

Devaki’s place is perfect for a laid back stay in Hanalei. It is less than a block to the beach and yet it’s private. It is larger than the photos would lead you to believe. She has everything you could possibly need to live like a local. Great view of the mountains and surrounded by a pretty garden. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

Loved staying here! Was extremely clean and quiet. House was so lovely. I’m not sure how but the house was even better in person than the pictures! So much natural light comes in from the huge picture windows. All of the beds and furniture were so comfortable and lots of beach supplies if you have kids. Would definitely stay again!

Look no further if you’re looking for a perfect spot in Princeville. This house is clean and suited all of our needs. Comfortable beds! Book it and enjoy Hawaii!

What an amazing place! 10min outside of Hanalei so it is quiet and peaceful. We loved going to bed and waking up to the ocean waves!

We have had the most amazing stay in Hanalei - Rainbow House is everything we were hoping for and more. Surfing with Micco was the icing on the cake. We will be back to Hanalei soon and we plan on booking here again. From the quiet location to the convenience of being able to walk everywhere, we have been happy as clams on our family vacation! 8 thumbs up from a family of four.

The area was absolutely gorgeous. You can watch the sunrise from the lanai which we did every morning. Even in February the house was warm, but we slept with all the windows open and our bedroom door to help with air circulation. The nearby hideaways beach is at the bottom of a steep paved path, but it was an easy walk we did a couple of times. The BBQ is at the bottom of the path so it's not really convenient for grilling and bringing food up to the house but you can eat at the picnictable there. The space felt mostly clean. The beach gear located in the guest closet was not organized and was pretty much thrown in there making it difficult to hang clothes. Also, no hand soaps in the house except one little bar in each bathroom and no supplies in the shower. I always prepare for that so bring your own toiletries and you'll be good to go. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Brooke is an amazing host! She was very responsive, most of the time within minutes, to any questions that we had for her. She even had a neighbor come to help try and diagnose a question for us. The condo was perfect for our family, especially our baby. Brooke had everything set up for us and it was ready to go. The location was just as described and very clean. We will definitely be recommending this condo and look forward to our next visit to Kauai.

We loved our stay! Super cute interior and felt like a hotel. Great location to explore the island and relax. Loved having a washer & dryer available! We appreciated the access to beach chairs/umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Highly recommend staying here!

Passt..alles da was man braucht..sauber ,,Lob an die Dame die noch am reinigen war als wir angekommem sind ..der Parkplatz war nicht zu finden ..man hatte die falsche Nummer aufgemalt..mussten lange suchen aber auf Nachfrage wurde das Problem gelöst..insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aber sehr empfehlenswert

We had a wonderful stay at Adam and Beata’s home in Princeville! Beautiful location, quiet, and we especially loved their peaceful backyard and hearing all the birdies in the morning. Adam and Beata were communicative and helped make our stay easy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay while you’re taking in all the beauty of Kaua’i!

We loved our time at Lae Nani! The beach and pool are wonderful and the condo was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfect location. Well equipped room. Near to restaurants, shops, etc. This place was awesome. No complaints. We would definitely stay again and will recommend this place to friends.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Airbnb! The kitchen and living room are updated, beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. The views out the sliding door and windows are great! You can see the ocean from the dinning area and the grass and tropical plants are beautiful too. The bedroom carpet could use an update (stained) and the AC was great to have but is loud. Like previous renters have commented, you can hear the neighbors walking upstairs, one night at 3:30am! But overall, it was a great stay for the week and we really appreciated Melissa’s restaurant & hiking recommendations. We loved both Ama and BarAcuda! Also, we made a reservation for Ha’ena State Park 30 days ahead like she suggested which we definitely needed to do to get spots on the shuttle bus to Ke’e beach and the Kalalau trail. Mahalo!🌴

Michael's place was just great. The views off the balcony were so wonderful. Great breeze comes through the area. The beach is just steps away. Pool area was kept spotless. Michael had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and some snorkel gear. The condo was nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

This unit was incredibly well stocked. We loved all the beach accessories provided, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a first aide kit that came in handy for all the bites and bumps acquired hiking. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the A/C was a must after a long day at the beach. We used the washer and dryer everyday. Communication was great, the neighborhood was nice. The bathroom was the only feature that could use some updating. I would definitely recommend this rental to a family. We loved our stay and the location to Hanalei Bay, Hideaway Beach, Annini, and others was perfect for day trips. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our family to stay.

This place is great! It’s super close to Hanalei and only about 45 minutes from the airport. They provide a guidebook and plenty of helpful recommendations. No AC but there are lots of fans and it wasn’t a problem at all.

Katie's place was in the perfect location. Between Coconut Marketplace and Sleeping Giant Grill, we never had to go far for good food. The room was homey and we loved the view from the balcony. Mahalo for the great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The balcony view is so beautiful & listening to the birds made it even better! The space is exactly as described. Everything was clean & neat! Parking was easy. The surrounding area is wonderful! Having a washer/dryer was so nice! Would definitely stay again!

Allison was a fantastic host. She proactively gave us helpful recommendations for us to try and see. Not only that but her communication and direction was extremely clear and timely. She helped make our stay and experience there that much more memorable. Definitely will be coming back!
