We had a great time here, and the relaxed and eclectic decor was interesting and welcoming!

We had a lovely family Easter weekend - 6 adults, 4 kids. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The kids loved the game room and the giant downstairs television! Great yard too.

Felt right at home at this cozy cottage! Pleased with the amenities, comfortable beds and great space to hang out in! Would definitely return!

This home is in the midst of beautiful trees and well off the beaten path. My parents accompanied me to visit my daughter at Smith College, and they said they felt “at peace” in this place and would gladly stay there again. My father marveled at the heating/furnace system (he went down to see the huge pellet bag in the basement and wanted to talk with Mary about how it all worked), which is state-of-the-art and makes the large house a constant comfortable temperature. Mary was very responsive and kept us informed, and my parents visited with her when I was in Northampton for a morning. (My father said he could have talked to Mary all day.) For them, the staircase leading up to the bedroom was a bit challenging, and that would be the only downside to our stay. We had everything we needed, and our mantra whenever we were looking for something was “Mary probably thought of that.” Thank you for everything!

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

I want to say thank you to Christopher and his family for allowing my friends and me to stay in their home. it was clean, beautiful, serene and exactly what it was described to be. Christopher, your suggestions on golf courses for my friends and me were exceptional. I hope we were as good of guests as you were hosts!

We loved our stay at Allison’s cottage in Deerfield! The space is tranquil, clean and surprisingly spacious for a family of 3. Everything was meticulously maintained and thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed walking into town and the beautiful view of the rolling hills out the front door. Location can’t be beat-minutes to Northampton, historic Deerfield, and VT. We will be back!

We spent 2 nights at Edson’s house for a little getaway. Unfortunately, one of our kids fell sick, so we couldn’t explore the area very well. However, the house and the backyard gave us a good time with just being there. There is a little play area outside with swings for our 3y old and we could do a nice walk around the lake. Edson is very responsive and everything was as described. Can recommend.

We had an amazing time at this cute apartment. The local food and atmosphere was so welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Heather's place is amazing...very spacious and was great for my two week stay for work. It really great it is so close to the highway and also local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

I needed a local getaway while some work was being done on my house, and Peter's place was perfect. Comfortable, quiet, clean, and in a beautiful, rural location. Served my needs perfectly, and I will definitely recommend it to visiting friends and family.

I had a wonderful time staying here! Sherry and David were super responsive and welcoming. I am from HK and have never dealt with snow before, but Sherry and David were kind enough to help me shovel snow off my car on snowy mornings. I cannot express how grateful I am. They went above and beyond as hosts. I would love to come back and stay with them again, and I would highly recommend their place for anyone looking to stay in the area!

I chose to stay at Donna's a second stay because I appreciate the quiet neighborhood and very, clean comfortable home. Communication with Donna is easy and friendly.

Staying at Three Sisters Sanctuary was a wonderful and restorative experience. It felt warm and cozy from the moment we arrived. What a thoughtful, creative, special place! I loved walking the grounds of the sanctuary each day. Having such an awesome and inspired place as a backyard is unbeatable! I am thankful I got to meet Richard. It truly felt like a gift to meet someone with such immense and vibrant vision who makes his dreams reality, and shares his dreams and joy for life with anyone lucky enough to find this treasure. The location is close enough to many great places like Northampton, MASS MoCA, and many gorgeous nature spots. I hope to return in other seasons to see how the sanctuary changes.

The apartment was perfect for our trip. We were there visiting my niece at Hampshire. It is well kept and Michael’s instructions for getting in were very clear. The place was clean and comfortable. It is close to town and was easy to get around. The game selection was amazing!! And there was enough space to lounge around. We will be back!!

Erin is lovely and so is her carriage house. A huge winter storm came in just before my arrival--lots of snow and many trees down, lost power, etc. In spite of all this, Erin had cleared a parking space for me, shoveled and sanded both driveway and walk ways. The kitchen area was a bit hard to heat but the upstairs bedroom and beautiful sitting area were toasty warm, spacious and very comfortable. I hope one day I'll return in the warmer months when I can be out in the beautiful countryside all around. It's a gorgeous area!

This camp and cabin was comfortable and homey. We felt at home from the peace to the decor, the books and the vibe. would and will stay again

Can’t say enough good things here. The location is amazing, the home is beautifully decorated. The sunsets are perfect. The hosts are there if you need anything and not if you prefer. Incredible value for the experience. We will be back !

Recommend this house! It’s a really warm and cozy house in the farm! Hidden in the woods but it’s quiet and safe. Me and my friends spend our thanksgiving break here and we love the projector that we can watch movie together it’s just very fun. Owner Oliver is a very friendly guy and feels chill to communicate with. He helped us a lot and hopefully come back and visit in the future!

This house on N Shore Rd in Westhampton is a beautiful refuge in the woods of fairly new post and beam construction - at least that's what I think it's called. The house sits on a small lake/large pond and has a small private sand beach, and on offer were a kayak, rowboat, paddleboat and more. Unfortunately the water level was quite low while we were there due to some ongoing work on the dam - the lake is manmade - but we were warned of that in advance and so have nothing to complain about. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. A couple of things to note though - it's really dark at night so be prepared to use your phone flashlight to navigate your way from your car to the house. Also, I was surprised to see curtains on only two or three of the windows, so sleeping-in past sunrise is a little difficult if that's your thing. And lastly, the locks on the back doors were not working while we were there, but it didn't bother us enough to let the hosts know. Overall, very nice!

The cabin was beautiful, better than the pictures! Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to spend our time! Highly recommend this cabin for a great vacation!

Amazing place. So serene and comfortable to be at. Loved every minute of it. Place had everything we could need but was minimalist enough where we could disconnect and really embrace the outdoors and cabin vibe. The quiet and tranquility helped tale us away from the daily hum and fully embrace nature. Met a few people in the surrounding area and they were all so kind and lovely. The view of the lake never got old and its placid reflective waters really brought one at ease. Would stay here again for sure.

our family had a lovely time at the Little Blue Cabin! quintessential lakeside views and a peaceful private beach to enjoy all day long. we loved our stay and hope to come back soon!
