I loved the house. we came in from Pittsburgh for a concert and stayed at this one of a kind gem. I like how there's so much to do around and the home felt exclusive. Be prepared to do some climbing up and down the stairs. overall a great place. The art outside was a plus. 10 out of 10

This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

We had a great stay at Kitty’s beach house, which is exactly as described. The beds are super comfortable, very clean & within walking distance to quite a few restaurants. I really enjoyed the massage chair in the living room too. Kitty is a kind & accommodating person who answered text messages very quickly. You cannot go wrong selecting this property for your beach stay.

Caterina’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. Our dog loved the large and secure yard and we like the old home charm. We found a parking spot right in front of the house, and we felt that the road was not very busy. Caterina was very responsive, and had left many thoughtful treats for everyone. Will stay with her again.

Such a great place to stay in a very convenient location! Looking forward to visiting NJ again!

This is our second time staying at this house. The location can't be beat. My family and I always felt very safe, the area is walkable for terrific restaurants. The private parking is a wonderful addition. Stephen and Kyra are great to work with. Highly recommend! We will be back.

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 kids. The place was great and walking distance to places like fishtown, northern liberties, old Kensington. Lots of great coffee shops, playgrounds, and an acme around the corner

We had a great time at this cozy cottage to celebrate our anniversary. Check in instructions were clear, property was easy to find, and an overall great stay. Jan has two off leash dogs who will come and greet you. This is a known feature as it’s mentioned in the listing and check in instructions, so we knew to expect some greetings! The dogs were friendly, and the border collie was a was a little jumpy and did get some mud on our clothing. However, somewhat to be expected staying on a beautiful farm! I also wished there was a curtain or blinds on the downstairs windows, just felt somewhat exposed at times however did not taint our experience at all. The cottage was clean, with many features and amenities to make you feel right at home. We had the ability to check out some animals on the farm and it was a lovely experience. Overall I would recommend!!

The perfect getaway! My partner and I traveled here with our pup, Mia. The house was so cozy- it was the perfect amount of space and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and reading outside on the porch swing at night. Our pup enjoyed running around in the yard and laying on the porch. We hope to return soon!

This home has all of the amenities and was so peaceful. You can tell there are a lot of loving memories in this home. The owner is warm and communicative.

I don’t know if a review can adequately describe how kind and helpful Heidi was a host. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I could not recommend Heidi as a host enough and the cottage was even more charming than advertised. Can’t thank her enough for all she did.

The condo was very clean and updated. It was exactly as described/shown in the pictures with an amazing view. Location is in a nice quiet area and has the supermarket/restaurants right down the road. Roger was very responsive and the check in and out process was very easy with the instructions he provided. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying here again!

We were here for our high school reunion and was so happy to stay at Williams place. The house itself was so spacious, pretty, and clean we had a great stay! Location was great and getting around was easy

Don was a great host. Prior to getting here he responded to questions quickly and was very helpful. We were here for a long term while we settled on purchasing a house in the area. Don's place is within minutes of dozens of restaurants giving a broad selection of different cuisines, and Don provided great recommendations. He even cook us a few meals and delivered them to our door. We had packages delivered which he held until we were available. As we ran out of minor supplies, he delivered additional supplies immediately. Decor is kind of quirky, but hey it's not ours and it gave us points of conversation during our stay. Overall, I would say Don's place is a great temporary home with a great, quiet, peaceful location.

Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

Friendly/accommodating hosts, spacious for our group of 12 (3 kids). Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Area felt safe as well as the boardwalk. The basement ventilation sounds were occasionally noisy when sitting in the backyard. The house was nicely remodeled, 2 1/2 bathrooms, layout of bedrooms worked very well for our group of 12. The single beds were great for the younger kids. All in all we had a nice time here.

The space was clean and inviting, had plenty of space and everything we needed. Our host was great and communicating and clear about expectations and instructions. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting the area.

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

We came down to Seaside Heights to see Ocean County St. Patrick's Parade. We made a weekend out of it and had a wonderful time. The house is very conveniently located to the boardwalk, restaurants, arcade and bars. The parade and grand stand were right up the block, couldn't have gotten closer! The house was clean, comfortable and just right for the amount of people we were. Plenty of beds and space for everyone to enjoy our time at the "boardwalk house"! This is our 3rd year renting this house and we will definitely be back!!
