Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

This house is in the perfect central location of the NY COUNRY side. THERE ARE ZERO STREET LIGHTS. We are short drive to many attractions around NY. Valley View Cottage

Come relax and unwind in our newly renovated cottage! Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.

The entire place is yours to enjoy! Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

Tucked in the hills of McDonough, Foxy Trails is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The country ambiance is perfect for those who just want to relax and unwind from their busy lives. There is lots of state land around; great for hunters or hikers. Very convenient in the winter time for snowmobilers. Snowmobile trails are just down the road. Hosts are just up the road if you need assistance.

Creekside: Cozy Cooperstown Retreat

Welcome! Creekside is a ranch style home overlooking a scenic pond. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with cathedral ceilings and a beautiful open concept feel. If your group would like to spread out, we have an option to add a 4th bedroom and living space with a basement apartment option. Decks on both the front & back of the home let you enjoy all the surrounding nature.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled at the gateway to the Adirondacks sits this quiet and cozy two-bedroom Cottage conveniently located just a stones throw from Utica and New Hartford . Loaded with amenities such as off street parking , internet, washer and dryer . Two bedrooms- Both Bedrooms have Queen size beds . Towels and Linens are included.

Kick off your shoes, brew a cup of tea, and relax in this lovely two bedroom cottage. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, it's close to everything in Syracuse yet provides a peaceful, comfortable retreat to return to.
