The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries.

If you're on holiday, a work visit, a romantic rendezvous, or just seeking somewhere calm & quiet away from the crowds, the Hideaway is a beautiful place to rest and recover. Located on the edge of the Ranfurly gully nature reserve, It's a peaceful, beautiful and special place. Where you’ll wake to native bird song, not traffic noise. The Squeeze Me Inn

The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.

Fully insulated and double-glazed, with a heat pump/air conditioning unit to ensure year round comfort.

You may even be greeted by our delightful and friendly one-eyed cat, Winky. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave.
