Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Large grounds, central to local bush walks, cafes, the local 4square supermarket and a 10min drive to Hamilton shopping centre The Base or 15min drive into the city centre. 2bdrm unit with 2 queen beds. Seperate toilet as well as toilet in main bathroom, single garage for parking or to store bikes etc. portacot available if required. Lots of parking available for motor homes etc. near new unit with open plan living and large decking area.

Our unique place is close to everything you will need. A short walk to the FMG Stadium, close to Supermarkets & Hamilton City Centre. Located down a long driveway, off the road & private. Spacious homey living room with large sofa, bean bag, table & chairs, lamp. One bedroom with queen bed, side table, single bed & lamp. A fourth person must bring their own towel and sleeping bag. Heat Pump Air-Conditioner in living room only. Two off road car parks. Close to the main highway SH1.

Relax and unwind in our intimate studio by Lake Karapiro. Treetops studio is situated in a peaceful garden setting with lovely views over the treetops above Lake Karapiro. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Welcome to Urban Meadow, a modern self contained unit on a lifestyle block. Semi-rural, yet within easy access to popular amenities and attractions. The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.
