The location was walking distance of some great places to eat and surrounded by beautiful historic architecture! David was timely with his communication and greeted my husband and I when we arrived and gave us recommendations for food and activities in town. Michael made sure the guest areas were tip top shape and coffee was made in the morning and was also very friendly and helpful for my husband and I. With all the care it felt like we were staying in a fancy hotel, only with beautiful historic views and rooms. This was my husband and I's first b and b experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Cincinnati. The only downside to our visit was that we didn't stay longer. 😄

Easy to find, super clean and cute! Plenty of space for the 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable. We had no issues, and would recommend it to anyone! The host was lovely as well and we were happy to get the chance to meet her!

This house was just what we were looking for and the location was amazing. We had our 2 younger kids and the house is kid friendly with books and coloring materials. The kitchen is also set up for you to cook your meals if you like to have a few meals at home. Some of our favorite restaurants are walking distance around the corner but you're tucked into a quieter side street instead of being on the busy drag. Our favorite part was the backyard, we spent all day back there and the neighbors were all very nice! Would rebook again!

Me and my husband have been wanting to do a little get away and help work on our marriage and out of all the homes I found like this I have to say this one has been by far the best one!! We had a blast. We will for sure love to stay again! She is very friendly. The house was very well put together and the room was fun and exciting. The basement was the my favorite !! The king size bed was so comfortable to sleep in and the shower was awesome! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Fred is an amazing host! this was our second time staying at his home, and it was a great time. He has all the amenities we needed, the home is very spacious and clean, and the neighborhood is nice , quiet and close to everything! We will always stay here if available when we come home!

Cute place! It is so nice to stay in an airbnb with actual charm. The plplain Jane houses are so boring, this place is fun. The home is filled with all the things you would find in your own home, good reading material and music:) Plus CLEAN! The area is great. Take a walk through the park and visit the coffee shop!

Charlottes place was perfect for our month long stay. It has a homey feel which was perfect because we have a dog and a little baby. She has tons of cooking stuff and it’s on a quiet street in the middle of a fun and populated area. There is street parking and it always seems like there is a spot available. With our work schedule we leave in the weee hours of the morning and I felt very safe walking outside to my truck, which was a big relief. Our dog LOVED the tiny fenced yard which was a really nice surprise. She sunned herself on the side porch. Charlottes is walking distance from so many restaurants which was a nice change of pace for us. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the rooms are big with high ceilings, felt like home while we were there and it was a great deal!

We very much enjoyed the home cozy feel and the muffins! Everything you would have at home was available. We loved the decor! The location is convenient to Mainstrasse Village. We loved the area so much we want to come back next year. We would make reservations now, but it looks like not open to reserve yet. Everyone we met was so friendly. We also loved Julie’s consignment store and had the pleasure of meeting her husband. He was very helpful with tips on restaurants etc… There is something for everyone in the store! Comfortable stay for the Flying Pig Marathon. Walkable to all downtown events or free trolley when it rained! Room to relax and comfortable beds!

Our second time staying here and it never disappoints. Perfect location for the Ren Faire.

The property was what we expected. It is a 150-year old farmhouse with lots of charm and character, but with modern updates. The owners, John and Carol, are extremely accommodating. We visited during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I would love to visit during the summer when the farmland that surrounds this property is in full swing. It would truly feel like you were on a country get-a-way.

This stay was perfect! She is super friendly and a joy to have as a roommate. Most definitely will stay here again!

We truly enjoyed the relaxing weekend at this beautiful inn. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and shared great local information and recommendations. We would be happy to visit again if we have the opportunity.

Sherry was very responsive prior to and during my stay. Private room and space was clean and exactly as described! The location was perfect for driving in and out of downtown Cincinnati.

Sherry's place was just as it was described. Very friendly hosts and willing to accommodate if needed. All of the rules are listed on the rental and also throughout the house. I would definitely recommend and stay again if the need arose. My only issue was the parking. As in all of the area, parking is crazy. Although this happened only once, it still happened. One of the neighbors parked in front of the house causing me to park on the side street up the hill. When I went out to get in my vehicle, the neighbor that I was parked next to their house was outside with the dog. (Not a nice dog) The dog came close to getting away and charging me but the owner was able to keep hold. Unfortunately, the neighbor was not nice and told me I could not park there and that if they seen my vehicle in the area again, there would be trouble. That was not a comforting feeling to think that my vehicle or myself would be in jeopardy or danger. I was only there a couple more days and no incidents occurre

Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings! The home was immaculate, very well maintained and so comfy. The woodwork in the home is beautiful. The front room has a fireplace and I could imagine cuddling up on a cold winters day there. Felt right at home walking in the door. They had a snacks, water and other things available for us. Beds were very comfy, I slept like a rock. Breakfast was very good and filling. Beautiful flowers all around the yard. Lots of outdoor seating in patio & porch. John was wonderful! He was very helpful and friendly. When I left I was gifted with beans to take home. They were very good - much tastier than store bought “fresh” beans. If I am ever in the area again I will stay here. I left feeling refreshed from such a good nite sleep. Was a wonderful experience!!!
