We absolutely loved our stay. Nathan was incredibly welcoming and allowed us to use his place for our small wedding ceremony. It was the most amazing day and we really enjoyed our entire stay. Thanks again Nathan!! We will always remember this beautiful space that we held our special day at. ☺️

Michelle is a very friendly host who makes it easy to feel comfortable in her home. Her home is accurate to the description and photos, and the room we occupied met our needs for the night. Highly recommend Michelle's place for anyone looking for a home away from home, wants to get to know a local, and enjoys a good chat.

Our family of 5 had a great stay here. Nice, private and peaceful place. Checkin was super easy and Jacob was helpful and gave clear instructions.

Great spot, quiet location yet within easy walking distance of the township. Was a nice touch to arrive to a nice fire burning after a busy day. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for something with a nice comfortable homely feel, in or around Cambridge.

Chloe and Tom were a dream to deal with. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Their home is family friendly, warm and cosy. The location is ideal for any Tamahere/ Matangi commitments. Will stay again hopefully if needing accommodation for 10! Thankyou so much 💓

Our stay at this incredible retreat was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern design, incredible spaciousness, and overall warmth of the home. It is impeccably kept, beautifully designed, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need—truly a home away from home. Visiting many beautiful places in New Zealand, simply spending time in this home became a massive highlight of our trip. Whether we were enjoying breakfast on the patio or taking a dip in the pool, every moment felt like a five star retreat. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with lush greenery, rolling hills, and peaceful views. It feels like a true escape however it is just a short drive from the city, shopping, and freeway making it the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Our hostess Tracy was an absolute gem—so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care. We will absolutely be back!

This place is an absolute hidden gem! The location was breathtaking, with stunning views over the peaceful rural Waikato landscape, offering complete privacy. We had the delightful experience of meeting the friendly bulls over the fence—they were so curious about us too, which made our stay even more special. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It was filled with natural light and sunny, which I absolutely loved, and was much larger than we expected. The kitchen was generously sized and well-equipped with all the essentials, plus a few thoughtful extras like bacon, eggs, milk, and condiments. It truly had everything we needed for a restful, relaxing stay—including a great TV with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, and all the comforts of home.

Can't recommend this spot enough. my partner and I were looking for a cozy, blissful getaway from the city, and we found it! The living space was perfect for spreading out and playing board games, the kitchen had everything we needed to eat like kings, and the bedroom was so deliciously comfortable. The outdoor bath and shower were wonderful despite the autumn chill. Great location, not too close to Hamilton, but close enough to be able to nip to the shops easily. We had a fantastic few days here!!!

Utterly beautiful stay at Corrie’s place. The space is stunning and really thoughtfully put together. Outdoor bath is the icing on the cake! Couldn’t recommend it enough - you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice little place. Nice location and beautiful area, very private. Spa was amazing, and the breakfast goods and other condiments were much appreciated.

Perfect spot for a weekend get away!! We really enjoyed our time at the tiny home, great location - close enough to town and surf. Easy check in and check out process and the outdoor bath was an added bonus. Will definitely be coming back

Absolutely breathtaking views sound this gorgeous cabin! It was cozy & comfortable. A highlight was taking the free kayaks for a paddle for more beautiful scenery on the water. Plus a bonus to be greeted by friendly goats on our way through the paddock down to the river. We found the shower tricky to maintain at a comfortable temperature, but that’s not uncommon when living off the grid. We’d absolutely recommend for a special experience!

I arrived late and Louise was there to greet me, showed me around the cabin and how to use the cabin bathroom and toilet, heater, hot tub (which was hot and ready for me every night!), and fire pit. Arron popped down to say hello and help with the heater and both kittens came to say hello. The place absolutely exceeded my expectations, I could have happily stayed here for much longer! Perfectly positioned for a short drive to Hobbiton, comfortable bed, good size amenities and the VIEW 😍 stunning in noon daylight and evening with the milkyway shining brightly above that you can sit and watch from the hot tub. Overall one of the best nights I’ve had in NZ so far, oh and to top it off Louise had left me some delicious home made chocolate cake 🍰 10/10! 🌟

Cole is a super host!! This property is absolute stunning - not to talk about the view. Perfect with no issues at all. Can highly recommend this spot !!
