The combination of modern and antique style throughout the home is welcoming and refreshing while keeping the integrity of the home’s history. Beautiful house on the Lake !! We had a family get together for the week and this home was so perfect for our families. Great location. Peaceful. Gorgeous views. Beautiful house, inside and out. One of a few that had minimal stairs to the water, which was important to us! We will definitely be back!

This home was just perfect! Right in the heart of Downtown Dandridge - 2nd Oldest city in TN. The views are breathtaking. The home is just a pictured, super clean, stocked with everything you need, the hosts were amazing too. We will be back to this gem for sure. I promise if you book you will be elated!

Private, peaceful, pristine! Melissa and Mike's property has everything you need for a perfect stay in the Smoky Mountains. It is well-appointed, immaculately clean, and convenient to all area attractions. The ductless ac/heating system works like a dream! Melissa and Mike are quick to respond to any questions or needs. Listen to the birds sing and the cows moo while enjoying a gorgeous view from the the back deck!

Great place in a GREAT location and we had a wonderful time! Super clean house had everything listed. Quiet neighborhood and super private in the back yard. We would most definitely stay again while in the area.

By far, the most unique experience ever! it was everything we expected plus more! It was to a tee, exactly as described. The location was off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle of the vacation hot spots. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Pam was the perfect hostess making every effort to ensure a stellar experience! If ever in the area again, this is where I would want to stay!, hands down!

The Birdcage is an absolutely beautiful place inside and out. The porches with all the views, decorations and everything you need in a rental was there. Check out the art work on front porch ceiling. The host was very effective in getting hot tub up and running for us. It was a new tub and the sticker directions must've come off in tub and created a lot of particles floating around and we had to wait till next day for repairman to come but the peaceful views made up for it. There's no info about area in house but I just saw where they have it all posted online under host guidebook, us seniors still figuring out this technology. Only thing I could say is maybe mention on website, that if you have any knee or hip problems , getting up in bed and stairs is challenging and maybe put some runner lights around edge of bed and stepdown to office area. If we was younger we would most definitely rent again and again. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven.

It truly was a beautiful drive up to the condo- it was very clean and well maintained. The drive to town was a little far about 40 minutes to Dollywood/ Pigion forge but with a young child it was nice to have that drive after chasing them around all day and decompress! The views going up and down the mountain were absolutely beautiful! It was definitely worth the drive to and from everywhere! I know I posted a lot about the drive but truly it was way better than staying in town. OH and a huge plus was the water stayed hot long enough for me and my daughter to both take longer showers which usually isn’t the case! We loved it and will be back eventually!

We had a great stay at Summer Hill for our son’s graduation. It was very clean and the hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. We definitely would stay there again!

Had a wonderful time. We both needed a getaway for a night and Monishas house was the perfect place. Gorgeous house and view. Will be coming back.

WOW! Talk about a great place to stay. It was our first experience staying in an AirBNB, and Michelle made it all so easy. We just hope all the rest that we stay in are as top notch as this one! Michelle goes way and above, to see to all of your needs, and to make you feel right at home. And you couldn't find a nicer place to stay. Everything is so well put together, and clean...better than alot of motels we have stayed in. You could just see yourself living there! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

This farm stay was such a unique and peaceful experience. The property is beautiful and full of charm, but the highlight was definitely the animals! It felt like stepping into a slower, more grounded way of life. It was so fun (and relaxing) to be surrounded by nature and all the animals—truly therapeutic. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and made sure everything was comfortable. I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to unplug and enjoy a slice of farm life.

Found this place while searching for places “by the smoky mountains” on our way to KY from. Cherokee, NC. Wife booked it due to the Hot tub (being it was 20 degrees outside she wanted a hot tub) Boy are we glad she found this quiet, beautiful room! Alicia was super responsive and VERY helpful answering all our questions! Highly recommended!
