From this bright, cozy cottage with vaulted ceilings you will see and hear the ocean, watch the eagles soar overhead and see seals, otters and herons. Take a stroll for a coffee at one of the shops in Davis Bay, a 2-min. walk. Enjoy the stunning sunsets at night. We are on the Sunshine Coast Highway, with easy access to amenities. Sechelt is only 4 min. drive.

Your modern suite features a spacious bathroom with W/D, a full kitchen, 9' ceilings letting in loads of light and 2 connecting bedrooms which comfortably sleeps up to 5 persons. Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of water side lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years.
