Purangi Golf Course 500 meters away. To explore the Purangi River Estuary in a kayak you can launch directly from the property.

Two bedroom typical kiwi Bach with 180 degree sea views. Located just 100 metres from the famous hot water beach. Small rustic style Bach with expansive two level deck that makes the most of outdoor living, with furniture, umbrellas and a BBQ. One bedroom has queen sized bed with amazing sea views and second bedroom has a set of single bunks. Ideally suits 3 people but can accommodate 4. The kitchen is small but functional with a standard sized fridge/freezer, camp oven, air fryer & microwave.

The 2 bedrooms and downstairs area of the house is for your use only, you will have sole use to enter the front and rear sliding doors. There is secured off-street, backyard parking for cars and boats.

The beautiful white-sand swimming beach is 300 metres and the main boat ramp/ferry terminal is only 700 metres - a gateway to your Coromandel adventures! Each bedroom has a queen size bed, there is a sunny open plan living area and a huge front lawn - perfect for families & boat parking.
