This 2-bedroom (3 beds) 2 bath unit offers all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, dining area, game room, laundry room, covered patio and single-car garage. Outdoor parking is also available. Hang out indoors and play on our pool table, dart board, foosball table, games, puzzles, or enjoy the great outdoors making s’mores over the fire pit or enjoy the hammock. Check out our Guidebook!

Farmstay pets and one Nights

Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

Enjoy quiet, humble luxury: high thread-count sheets, oversized bath towels, firm mattresses and fluffy down comforters. All bedrooms have private en suite bath. Our 60-acre farm features wooded walking trails, a stocked fishing pond, organic garden and a fire pit for an evening with your crew. Take advantage of farm activities or unwind in tranquil peace and quiet – your choice. We are half way between Charlottesville and Richmond, an easy drive to historic places, UVA and scenic wineries.

River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, smoking, and vaping are not allowed. The internet is fiber optic with good cell service for most providers. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Soak in the cedar wood burning hot tub/cold plunge. Unwind in your private Sauna. Relax by a firepit with a pizza oven (dough, cheese, sauce, pepperoni supplied). River Bend Retreat is a self-guided wellness retreat that allows 2 guests to destress, reconnect to nature, and truly experience deep rejuvenation of mind, body, and spirit.

Take a hike around the Lake on the 5+ miles of trails before cooling off in the pond while you gaze up at the stars. Sheep, Dwarf Fainting goats(next to silo 10' away), Chickens, Ducks, Bunnies, & Turkeys.

Cozy 3BR, 2BA cottage in rural Virginia—perfect for peaceful getaway. Each bedroom has a king bed, plus daybed and pullout sofa for up to 7 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Guests have full private use of the cottage and outdoor areas. Owners live on-site in a separate home and respect your privacy. Close to Rt 64, Richmond, Charlottesville, trails, wineries, and other Central VA attractions.

Cottage at Fruit Hill Orchard

The Cottage at Fruit Hill is nestled between our peach and apple orchards on my family’s 12 acre farm. Take a stroll through the peach blossoms, pick from our sunflower patch, enjoy some private time in the orchards during the fall, and gaze at our Christmas lights display in December. This charming cottage was originally built in the 1940’s and has recently been updated to be as comfortable for our guests as possible. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway at the orchard!

Hawkwood House King Bedroom

Hawkwood House is close to Charlottesville, VA. It is in a 100-acre wood. Two guests share downstairs bedroom. Guests may use upper floor only with prior arrangements. It is a very quiet, peaceful setting. It is located near historic sites from colonial times of the United States and the Civil War and near Charlottesville VA and homes to three early US presidents (Monticello, Ash Lawn and Montpelier).
