This airbnb has a “zero party tolerance.” The neighbor will call in any parties before they even start so don’t waste your time trying! Also ring cameras to count guest totals. The Little Elm Beach is there for nice sandy beaches that is a short drive across the bridge. Many park trails for those hikers in Little Elm. Rent a boat or go to the wake park. Bring your own food and cook out at the RV. We have access to the lake by the RV you can walk to. Deck to hang out on and a Carport to park under.
