Mick is a good host. The place was very peaceful and calm. You have all the necessary items makes you feel like home. Station, bus stand and grocery market are all near by to his place ( walking distance ).

Au bord d’un lac Et quel plaisir de rencontrer Mireille et Ben des gens extraordinaires Toujours à chercher à faire plaisir Ben nous a fait découvrir les environs sur son bateau et a mis en marche le moulin en nous le faisant visiter. Un homme passionné De plus pas loin de la ville de Leiden 10 minutes en voiture qui est très belle Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

A perfect location for travel to Amsterdam, zaanse schan, the beach & the surrounding area. Our children loved the play park & football pitch up the street! Very peaceful village to come back to after days out and we was very lucky with the weather so could enjoy the garden area in the sunshine. Thank you for the delicious breakfasts!! Would highly recommend anyone to visit!!

Tolle Gastgeber, tolles BnB. Super Ausstattung - auch für unsere kleine Tochter. Parkplatz auf dem Hof und wir durften den Garten mit nutzen. Das BnB besticht durch viele liebevolle Details. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, vor allem mit kleinen Kindern. Auch guter und schneller ÖPNV zum Strand & Amsterdam

Mooie omgeving, erg vriendelijke host, huisje is klein maar helemaal compleet. We gaan nog een keer terug😀

More than we wished for!!! Great communication, really helpful and Karina’s Boathouse is truly fantastic, the boathouse is finished with little personal touches and is in a wonderful location - only a few minutes from the city centre but quiet and tranquil. We feel lucky to have stayed over Kingsday and couldn’t have asked for more! Currently working out dates for another visit… If you are considering booking - stop thinking and do it, you will not regret it!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Amsterdam! The location is absolutely perfect—everything we wanted to see was within 20 minutes, and the walks never felt long because there’s so much charm and beauty along the way. Plenty of restaurants right outside the front door. We recommend LAVASH for beautiful food. The ground floor apartment was ideal for us, especially traveling with a 1-year-old, a stroller, and quite a bit of luggage. Super easy access, which made coming and going stress-free. Inside, the space was bright and spacious with lots of natural light, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is an exceptional Airbnb. It's located in a lush rural town, yet is only 15 minutes by car to Amsterdam city center and near Edam ( like the cheese). It is a safe neighborhood with lovely gardens, a small grocery store and restaurants. Our hosts were kind, generous, friendly and helpful. We were there on the King's birthday and the grocery was closed, so they kindly picked up some breakfast items for us in the next town. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine, local bakery goods and coffee. Edith is an amazing and accomplished artist which reflected in the home's decor. The home was immaculate! The beds comfortable! The linens top quality! The kitchen well equipped! The coffee/tea station had an espresso maker and a milk frother! We were a group of 5 woman and there was plenty of room for us to stretch out and not get in each other's way. We had the best time at Edith's place. This is the best Airbnb I've stayed at and I think I have stayed at over 50! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dennis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Beim Bad muss man etwas vorsichtig sein, da man eine hohe Stufe gehen muss. Aber sonst eine schöne Unterkunft für 2 Personen mit praktischer Ausstattung. Egmond-Binnen ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso ein Supermarkt. Unbedingt ein Eis in der Eisdiele in Binnen essen! Nach Egmond an zee kommt man bequem mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto. Ein schönes Wochenende mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das bunte Tulpenfeld.

Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern kommt man zügig zum Strand. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Trotz der zentralen Lage liegt es sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation lief perfekt und sehr schnell. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Adresse und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Mein Sohn und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt am Strand! Henk hat uns mit Strand Spielsachen ausgeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke

Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende im kleinen Appartement von Janine . Für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu zweit ist es zu zu empfehlen , alles ist genauso wie die Bilder zeigen .Die Kommunikation und Check in and Out völlig unkompliziert -netterweise konnten wir schon früher einchecken ! Bis zum Strand etc. geht’s prima zu Fuß , Ausflüge nach Leiden problemlos mit dem Bus .

Wonderful spot for a quiet getaway. The suite is decorated so beautifully I felt I’d entered another time. The garden is exquisite and gorgeous to wake up to. Jeanne was responsive and helpful with local reccs.

Eine aussergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft, alles super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen. Der Empfang von Nico war sehr herzlich, wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Für Fragen standen uns Nel und Nico jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung 100%ig weiter und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte bei Mjc. Er war super freundlich. Parken konnten wir auf seinem Grundstück. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. In 10 - 15 Minuten ist man am Strand oder am Bahnhof, von wo aus man mit dem Zug problemlos nach Haarlem oder Amsterdam fahren kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Norbert and Ana were so available for our many questions especially about public transportation and which bus/train was best to take wherever we needed to go. They are so friendly and kind! They gave us wine and honey. Norbert even gave us bungee cords to secure our elderly mom’s walker to one of our suitcases for our long day of travel to our next stay. We would recommend there place to any traveler!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Le cadre est idyllique. Très paisible, l’extérieur est tellement sympa avec vue sur le champ et les moutons. Tout est très bien pensé nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nous avions à notre arrivée de gentilles attentions comme de quoi faire l’apéritif ou des chocolats, c’était adorable. En plus, Marco et Yvonne nous ont mis à disposition lit, chaise haute et baignoire pour notre bébé et c’est vraiment super gentil. En résumé, un cadre enchanteur, des hôtes très gentils. N’hésitez pas à venir séjourner chez Marco.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser charmanten Wohnung in Limmen! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sauber, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und die ruhige Lage hat zu einem sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, was uns das Kochen sehr erleichtert hat. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

El alojamiento es tal y como aparece en las fotos. La ubicación ideal para visitar los campos de tulipanes. Paulien muy amable y disponible en todo momento para ayudarte en lo que pudieras necesitar.

Très content de notre passage chez Edward. Bon emplacement entre les deux grandes villes et Gouda très jolie et pittoresque. Les maisons qui bordent le canal offrent une belle balade également à pied ou vélo en partant du logement. Nous avons été bluffés par la qualité de l'accueil ! Le logement était propre et le e frigo et plein de petites attentions chaleureuses. on sent que le propriétaire aime faire plaisir ! C'est la toute première fois que nous avons autant d'attentions sur une location. Il y a plein de jouets si vous avez des enfants. Franchement on avait l'impression d'être dans un logement familial. Je recommande et on remercie Edward pour tout et les oeufs en chocolat ! Même la biquette de la ferme est sympa 😉

Cute apartment in a very convenient location was perfect for our 4 day stay. Cozy and bright, with charming decor and equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is on the 4th floor and stairs are steep so it’s a bit awkward if you bring large luggage. Although is in a bustling area, it is very quiet and private. The location, near the Amstel river is close to metro and several tram lines that can get you to city center and the museum quarter within a few minutes. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Joke is really a Super Host. Very informative and accommodating, a very pleasant person. We had great interaction. Highly recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur wunderschön und sehr sauber, sondern auch mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an Willkommen. Die Gastgeber waren fantastisch: herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets darum bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung – fünf Sterne sind fast zu wenig!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Timo und Lucy. Die Lage ist super zentral, aber es ist trotzdem ruhig. Wir waren nur 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Ein ganz niedliches, sauberes Ferienhaus zum entspannen und verweilen. Sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem durch die tolle Lage.
