Our 160m2 two-floor apartment, surrounded by a generous 120m2 garden, is perfectly situated within a 5 to 10-minute jaunt from Amsterdam's iconic landmarks including Jordaan, Vondelpark, Dam Square, and the serene Erasmus and Rembrandt Park.

In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Geniet van ons fijne huis met een mooie tuin. We wonen in een rustige wijk, met vriendelijke buren. De bushalte is net om de hoek, waarmee je rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam kunt reizen. Het is overigens ook slechts 10 minuten rijden naar Amsterdam, dus je bent er zo! Ideaal natuurlijk als je op zoek bent naar een fijne plek om te relaxen na een heerlijke dag in Amsterdam te hebben rondgelopen. Ons huis is enkel geschikt voor families, voor mensen uit het bedrijfsleven of voor stellen.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. By bike 5+ mins to trainstation, by train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. You can park your car in the paid parking garage, but we also have a free option, ask for more details.

Our home offers 4 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with double doors opening onto the garden.
