Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

The centrally located Smithy is a wonderful place to hang out with your friends, family, and colleagues all year round. During the winter, have a drink by the fireplace in the spacious living room. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, bevindt zich op de begane grond van onze woning en heeft een eigen entree. Voor de deur is gelegenheid om gratis een auto of motor te parkeren op ons eigen terrein. Ons huis is gelegen in het mooie Kleverpark op loopafstand van het Centrum van Haarlem en het Centraal Station. Strand, duinen en bos in de nabije omgeving, ideaal voor wandel- en fietstochten. Fietsverhuur is in de buurt.

My cozy and characteristic Tiny house in Haarlem City Center, perfect for a couple. My home is situated in a lovely neighborhood, from here you'll walk right into the historical center of Haarlem. Of course the beach of Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee is easy to reach as well. Amsterdam is just 15 min by train. After a beach day or city visit you can relax on the patio.
