Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille , le logement était près de la mer donc idéal pour une baignade au pied levé surtout pour les enfants. Village calme. La venue de filipa pour le ménage quotidien est très appréciable. Je recommande à 1000%

Me perdi perto da noite pelas ruas de Saint Barth e ele foi me resgatar , pois eu estava sem internet ou GPS ! Foi bacana! A casa me surpreendeu ! A vista é linda ! Super espaçosa , limpa e cozinha equipada ! Me inspirou para cozinhar e me servir de um delicioso breakfast a cada Sunrise ! Lindo! Foi uma estadia deliciosa , com certeza voltarei para curtir mais intensamente os prazeres que Saint Barth nos traz , alma , coração e mente ! Aqui tudo se conecta ! Bryan is an amazing host and is always available when you need his assistance. The apartment has everything you need and it’s conveniently located close to everything. I would definitely recommend his place for one person or two maximum.

Julien arranged for someone to greet us on location to show us around the apartment and answer our questions. He also responded to our enquiries within minutes after initial arrival. The apartment was clean, very well appointed & designed - kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location near place des Flamands, and near Cheval Blanc where we celebrated our Easter brunch. We would love to return next season.

Très bon accueil, très bel appartement dans une petit coin de paradis. Maryline a été aux petits soins pour nous. Séjour très agréable, une vue à couper le souffle. Le seul bémol est qu'il a fallu repartir !

Excellent experience! Place was beautiful, very comfortable, well decorated, modern and stunning views. Elodie was a great host! La villa était incroyable ! Absolument clean, magnifique et super pratique avec les 2 chambres avec salle de bains individuelles et la cuisine avec absolument tous les ustensiles et produits basiques pour cuisiner. Mention +++ pour le balcon avec la vue sur toute la baie 😍 Mille mercis Séverine pour cette belle villa, nous avons passées un superbe séjour ❤️

Maison conforme à nos attentes. Julien notre contact sur place a été très réactif. Bien équipée, propre. Piscine chauffée. Clim dans la pièce principale ce qui est rare et appréciable. Peut etre une remarque sur l'extérieur: Il n'y a que 2 sunbeds pour une villa 2 chambres (cette fois ci nous n'étions que deux donc pas de problème mais à 4... ) surtout les sunbeds sont un peu raides, ils mériteraient de bons matelas:-) Dernier point à savoir: sur cette anse et avec l'orientation de la maison, plus de soleil sur la terrasse dès 16h en février. Dommage pour bien profiter de la piscine après cet horaire mais c'est le cas de plusieurs maison sur l'anse des Cayes

We loved Jean’s place. I hated leaving. The serenity, views and comfort were wonderful. The sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs so calming, we slept to the sound every night. We loved seeing various iguanas out the window every day. Jean informed us of some good restaurants. I just can’t see staying on a mountain or back from the beach. The water views are astounding. You will never want to get out of the shower, lol

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean & well equipped and the view was breathtaking. The surroundings were very Peaceful & quiet, the location was convenient and we received great service. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication of Jenny & Annia. Everything was perfect and we hope to book again. Highly recommend this listing!

When visiting Anguilla, look no further than Tranquility Beach! These beachfront condo was everything we imagined. Pictures/videos does this beauty no justice. Perfect ambience as the decor is modern while still having the touch of the Caribbean. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to a pristine light blue water beach before ever lifting my head from my pillow. Steps from the quiet beach. The staff are all amazing and treat you like family instead of tourists. All your needs, reservations, bookings, etc are taken care of as soon as you inquire within the staff. You’re placed in a WhatsApp group chat and whatever you need is provided literally in minutes! Beautiful ocean view and walking distance to the beach. Delightful. We recommend Mr Chow/ Roma restaurant and happy hour.

This is a fabulous condo with beautiful pool area and beach! Everything within the condo was perfect and Sylvia went above and beyond assuring everything needed was there. She also provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which made our beach days amazing! The balcony on lower level has a daybed which I used to curl up and read while my husband preferred using it for napping 😴! Sylvia was very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. Absolutely perfect! We would definitely reserve again and if you are looking for a wonderful place in Simpson Bay you should too!

Kevin's condo was great met all of our needs. Was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanger and shelf space. We were 2 couples, plenty of room for together and alone time. Two en suit bathrooms for privacy. Great views, close to pools, and a short walk to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone including staff and other owners were extremely friendly and informative. Kevin was a great host. Quick to reply an answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Great place to stay.
