In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.
