Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Plaistow Barton Barn (1) is a stunning four bedroom (three ensuite), fully equipped, open plan barn conversion with log burner. One large king / twin bed en-suite bedroom downstairs, two king size en-suite bedrooms upstairs along with a twin. Parking for two cars in front of the barn (more if required). Surrounded by rolling countryside within easy reach of Barnstaple and the lovely beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe. Barn 2 (The Engine Room) is next door and shares the back field.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Willow is a beautiful wood clad Shepherd's Hut, finished to a very high standard. It has everything you need for the perfect get away, as it is fully equipped with Free Wi-Fi, bedding, towels, fridge, cutlery & crockery. Willow is set in the beautiful North Devon countryside, just on the doorstep of Exmoor Natural Park and South Molton market town, with is award winning Pannier Market. It has artisan craft, gift and food stalls. We look forward to welcoming you at South Ford Farm.

Bur 2 Shepherds Hut

ADULT ONLY 17 AND OVER Get cozy and settle into this romantic, rustic space. Set in the grounds of 600 year old Devon Longhouse, this beautifully designed Shepherd’s Hut is thoughtfully placed at an angle to ensure privacy. Inside there is a kitchenette, dining table, double bed, en-suite shower room and log burner. Outside there is an indulgent, private hot tub, large covered decking area, lounge sofa, dining table, BBQ and Chiminea. An idyllic spot for stargazing.

Woodland View at Hewish Mill

Woodland View is a delightful two-bedroom cottage situated near North Devon's most idyllic sandy beaches, you will be close by to Croyde Bay, Woolacombe and Saunton Sands Beach. This property has its own enclosed garden area with lovely views over the stream-bordered paddocks which lead to beautiful woodland walks. Designed with pets in mind, we have a fully secure dog walking field. Woodland View is ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing escape.

The Barn at Lower Birch Farmhouse is situated in a tranquil valley in North Devon. Nestled between the rugged North Devon Coastline, the wilds of Exmoor, and the surfing beaches of Saunton, Woolacombe and Croyde.
