Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Inside there is a kitchenette, dining table, double bed, en-suite shower room and log burner. Outside there is an indulgent, private hot tub, large covered decking area, lounge sofa, dining table, BBQ and Chiminea. An idyllic spot for stargazing.
