We loved our stay at Villa Nautilus! The Villa is directly on the beach with beautiful views. We loved the convenience of the beach and the beach club next door. The resort community also has restaurants and a coffee shop within walking/golf cart distance which was great! During the week, the beach was very quiet, almost like a private beach. As the weekend approached the beach and neighboring beach club gets busier/louder but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Villa itself is wonderful, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. The hosts are also amazing and very responsive to any questions/requests we had. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others!

I had a truly wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The highlight was definitely the private beach—it was such a relaxing and quiet spot, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway!

Staying at Romy’s place was an absolute pleasure! She was the most attentive and warm host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Anytime we needed something—like extra paper towels—she responded right away and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She truly offered us everything and more. The area itself felt incredibly safe and peaceful, which isn’t always the case in other parts of Puerto Peñasco where I’ve stayed before. The beach right across the street was almost empty, making it feel like a private little getaway. I had complete peace of mind the entire stay. Romy’s kindness and hospitality made this trip extra special, and her sweet pets were the cherry on top—especially the kitties, my favorites! I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again.

It was our first experience sleeping in a boat and after this experience, it won't be the last. We will be coming back every time we can and stay at Silvia’s boat! She is great and super friendly! We would have loved stayed more days but had to be back to reality and work.

This is the second time I have stayed in this home and I absolutely love it. It is the perfect house for big groups. It has plenty of beds and common space areas. This house is clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. I also fully appreciate the private gated parking. I can’t recommend this home enough. Maria Virgina is a pleasure to work with, great and responsive communication. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Nice clean home with everything I needed. It was well maintained and enjoyed my stay. It was close to a few restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to other good restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Once again we had an exception time at Arrecife. Roberto is always prompt with communications and the property manager Oscar and all staff are there to make our stay the best possible experience. You can’t beat Roberto’s place for comfort, location and price.

We had a fantastic stay, right on the beach. Las Conchas is such a relaxing and quiet housing area and Anett's place is an end unit in the Las Olas II division, so one wall is not shared, making it a little more private. I only have a couple recommendations for the condo. It could use a simple island for the kitchen as there is limited prep space currently. There also was a storm recently that took out the steps leading down to the beach. So because of that, there is a temporary concrete block stairway. It is a bit narrow. We didn't have a problem with that but some people with mobility issues might want to take that into consideration. Anett was very kind and accommodating. She offered very flexible times for us to check in and out even though we didn't need it. We really appreciated that. Our stay was wonderful and would definitely go back. Thx again Anett✌️
