Wow! What an incredible stay with Pin and Jeff! Pin was an amazingly welcoming host! She made me feel right at home. She offered me homemade cooked food when I just arrived after a long flight. She took care of me when I had an eye infection and Jeff helped me find a doctor’s clinic in the neighborhood. They even gave me an umbrella to use when there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain and wind. Their dog is the cutest - such a calm and cute boy! I cannot thank Pin & Jeff enough for their hospitality and flexibility 🙏🏼 The room is as shown on the pictures. It was very clean and tidy. The bathroom is next door which is very convenient. The area is a very local neighborhood with many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. I was never left hungry in the area! It was also really nice to stay in such a local neighborhood where the restaurants were cheap and authentic also there are many parks and riverside near the house. It was very easy to hop on the public transport and bike sharing sys

房東人很友善，很細心，為客人提供了舒適的生活環境。房源的各種設施也很完善，可以在廚房做些簡單的餐飲，在客廳一起看電視。對這段居住的整體感覺很好，以後到林口還會選擇這裡。

地點靠近林口體育館，有看演唱會過夜需求可以來這裡，樓下就有711買宵夜很方便，需自備毛巾及牙膏牙刷盥洗用具，需自行和警衛溝通拿去門禁卡～

The place is very clean and well equipped. Private bathroom is clean. Water runs well. Room has a washer and hanging Rosa outside window. Sunny the host is very nice. She prepared some small snacks and fruits for guests. Entry to room is via electronic lock and host changed the number for added security. Location is not downtown but there are buses within 3 min walk. Near the location has small food outlets, 7 eleven, McD, dumplings and fMily mart. 40 minutes to get to downtown by bus. Host provides water boiler and even filtered water which is a plus. There is a small morning market in 10 minutes walk. All in all, a great place for a few days.

Yen is a superb host for what I need with a monthly staying in his apartment. The location is the best one in guandu for bird watching and writing. I can see the whole taipei city around guandu field after writing my proposal. I recommend air b&bers who would like to visit Guandu, no matter watching birds or a space for quite project. This is a great location for guandu seasonal bird watching and writing. The bed is very conformable, room is clean and the water filter is perfect for going out and making tea.

Hsuan’s apartment is one of the most beautiful and interesting Airbnbs I have stayed in. She is a very talented artist, and there are examples of her work as well as other curiosities everywhere. There are some wonderful insect brooches which she has made for sale, and I bought one of these. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Hsuan was very friendly and welcoming, and when I told her I was vegetarian she helped me find a great (and very cheap) vegetarian restaurant nearby. Gozi the cat is also very friendly, and adorable. I wish I could have stayed longer!

屋主十分友善、甚至在我們下車的地方等我們、十分樂意協助我們的旅程。 屋內就跟照片一樣，熱水穩定、設備齊全。 周圍有便利店、超巿、快餐店、捷運站、還有一個小公園。 4天內唯一失望的是最後一天樓下早上9點不到就在修路、大概是我們運氣不太好吧。

走到捷運站約10分鐘，會經過公園，沿路有許多美食可以選擇，也有全聯跟家樂福可以採買，相當便利，有興趣的話早上也可以到菜市場尋寶；Erik的公寓雖然位在大條的巷子，但晚上很安靜，空間很寬敞，住起來有家的感覺喔

Maggie was very responsive and friendly, and she explained everything clearly. The security guard at the ground floor was very friendly too. The place is spacious for two people and very clean, with a lovely enclosed balcony with a kitchenette. Location-wise it’s perfect too, with a lot of interesting shops around - we were never bored walking to/from the metro station.

Perfect location with several metro stations nearby and Taipei 101 tower right in front. Well suited for group of friends with one big bedroom, two smaller rooms, a spacious living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was very responsive and kindly arranged airport pick ups as well. The weather was unexpectedly cold but there were two big heaters which were very helpful. This place is highly recommended, and we would return any time!

My honest review: HOST: Very responsive and helpful. Terrence even arranged a private transpo for us from the airport to Ximending coz my dad couldn't walk due to a terrible leg pain. LOCATION: Literally just a minute walk from Ximen Station. Very strategic location coz it's within the bustling Ximending area. ROOM: Generally clean and cozy. No unusual odor and pretty spacious for 3-4 guests. Despite being at the heart of Ximending, the room is surprisingly quiet. AMENITIES: Everything is fully functional. The homestay had the best shower. And it's really a plus that a microwave and a washer are available for use. CHECK-IN & OUT: Smooth and hassle-free. The host, Terrence, will personally meet you and guide you to the homestay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to those who want to have a comfy and convenient stay in Taiwan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🇵🇭🇹🇼

Jett is such a great host and gives you a short walking tour of the neighborhood to point out nearby grocery and convenience stores, etc. Even though the unit is on the 3rd floor, he helps bring your luggage up and down the stairs which was so helpful! The bed was comfortable and the washer worked great. The Wi-Fi was great for working remotely! The location was so convenient to many shops and restaurants and close to the MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing and Zhongxiao Dunhua stations. Having the filtered water and the EasyCard to use while out and about was so convenient as well - Jett is such a thoughtful host and there are many thoughtful touches! I would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb - it's one of my favorites! 😊

The space may feel like a hotel room, but has a cozy tiny-home feel. The residential complex itself is private, quiet, and made our stay feeling as though we were locals which we enjoyed.

This unit is in the perfect location. It is a 15 minute walk to the Taipei 101 district with multiple stores, restaurants and attractions. Also there is an mrt stop an easy 5 minute walk away. The area is private and peaceful. The unit was as advertised and although it is small, had all the amenities needed for the two of us for our two week stay. The in unit laundry was very handy, we made good use of it. The host was very responsive, and was available any time we reached out. We used the driver our host recommended to pick us up and return us to the airport. We would highly recommend this service for convenience and peace of mind. He was friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. We recommend this unit, and would definitely stay here in the future.

Highly recommend staying with Dave! His place is in near-new condition. All of the appliances are all brand new and very luxurious. The best part is that this place conveniently located right next to the train station. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and malls, making it super convenient. Dave was also very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

It has been such a pleasant experience staying in Shawn's place! The check-in process was smooth as clear instructions were given. The guest room is inside a modern building located in a secure, newly-developed neighborhood just 7 minutes' walk to Haishan mrt station. I slept very well as the entire flat was quiet because the building is super soundproof. I enjoyed running on the treadmills in a fully-equipped gym, with Shawn's help to book some sessions. The guest room is clean and comfortable. I appreciate that a desk is available inside the room as I had to use my NB computer for work. I also appreciate the well-equipped kitchen that I used to do some simple cooking. Shawn is indeed a superhost, paying attention to details and making sure that everything is fine during my stay. He compiled a list of good local eateries and shared it with his guests. It was kind of him to take me to some of these eating places for a try. You won't be disappointed! It is such a home away from home!
