it's my 2nd time here,. and ias usual, it did not disappoint. The place is perfect for either team building or gatheting with family. 😊

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

This was our third stay at Kirei House Bulacan, and once again, it was perfect for our family of four. The location is incredibly convenient—close to our family and just a short trip to SM for any grocery needs. We love the Japanese-inspired design—minimalist, clean, and free of clutter. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the added touch of books and games made our stay even more enjoyable. Kirei House continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bulacan. Looking forward to our next visit!

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

The Place is great, peaceful and private neighborhood. The listing is accurate from the description to their photos. My family had a great time. The Host is also very kind, accommodating and flexible to our needs. We’ll definitely consider coming back again.

The place was nice and clean. It is a comfortable stay for the four of us. We enjoyed the netflix and free pool access. The kitchen are nice with complete utensils to use from cooking to eating utensils. Although there are drain fly larvae found on the shower area, it is manageable. Hope they can add additional blanket and entertainment materials like boardgames, cards and karaoke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This was truly the best vacation we’ve ever had, and staying at this condo made all the difference! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The unit is absolutely impeccable—spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly responsive and considerate, making sure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back again. The place is downright 1:1 with the photos. The living room & kitchen are open and right beside each other but the space felt cosy and spacious for our small group. Kitchen had complete equipment & basic necessities (just bring ingredients for the meals to prep). The pool, outdoor kitchen, & grilling area were tidy and well-maintained, even had a few visiting neighbourhood cats~ Since we visited during weekends, some neighbours were relaxing on their own "fun" way but weren't disruptive in any matter. Bedrooms were comfy and the bathrooms had shower heaters and bidets! The host is quick, responsive. and informative w/ how they sent us pdfs of the what restos and interesting places/activities were nearby, how to get there, their inspiration for Tipolo's House, and very detailed instructions and desc on how to utilise their appliances and where to find specific house items. The caretaker, Ate Jen, is also amicable and always checking on our wellbeing~ Would we visit again? 💯% Yes!

Good venue to host team buildings, lots of amenities

Absolutely loved our stay! The balcony view of the city lights and lush greenery—plus the golf range—was stunning. The place was spotless, with stylish furniture, a huge TV, a super comfy bed, and everything we needed from appliances to utensils. Great amenities and plenty of restaurants nearby made it even better. Highly recommend!

This was one of the most beautiful resorts with swimming pool I have stayed in. Many hours of laughing and enjoyment was shared with my family during our short stay here. Special shout out to Ate Jhane and Kuya Joel for their tireless assistance from the moment we arrived to our departure. They are always there and quick to respond to our calls with a pleasant smile. They really made our stay extra special with their tip-top and attentive service. The location is super private so there is a cut off time (no karaoke after 10pm) to not disturb the surroundings. No limit on swimming. Facility feels very secure and the amenities and furnishings were very well maintained. Air-cons are super cold too! There are many nearby shopping places like Puregold for quick grocery runs as well and the compound can accommodate multiple big vehicles parking concurrently. We sincerely enjoyed our stay there and we were sad to go. Highly recommended for big families!

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Getting there was easy and the surrounding was peaceful and nice. The place is beautiful and everything you may need were provided. I loved the bath and body works scented candles, it was generous of them to provide these. Definitely a great place to stay and will be back soon!
