What a beautiful spot! We would leave more than 5 stars if we could. A perfect spot to find some peace in the middle of busy days out sightseeing. Great host. Beautiful spot. Comfortable for our family of 6. You could comfortably stay here with three couples. As there are three bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Pristine pools. Our kids were swimming in April! Highly recommend.

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Siamo stati in questo confortevole alloggio nel weekend di Pasqua 2025, la posizione è ottima e vicina a tutti i servizi. La casa è molto ampia e comoda, e ha due bagni , cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto.Marco e Cristina sono persone eccezionali di quelle che al giorno d'oggi e sempre più difficile incontrare.Consigliamo a tutti di passare momenti rilassanti al giardino della Fenice.

logement conforme aux photos présentées, voire plus grand en réalité que sur les photos ; très propres et confortable, le logement est très silencieux et très reposant ; les échanges avec Asia ont été très clair, avec une attention apportée très rassurante, malgré la barrière de la langues entre nous. Wir, eine Familie mit Kindern und Großeltern hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vittorios Villa. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und den Jacuzzi, für Elten und Großeltern war eher die Nähe zur Kultur der ewigen Stadt wichtig. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, aber nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Museen ist es herrlich, sich in der Ruhe der Nachbarschaft am Pool bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terasse zu entspannen. Vittorio ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, jederzeit zu erreichen mit vielen nützlichen Hinweisen. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe, auf die Restaurants sollte man außerhalb der Saison lieber nicht zählen.

Für uns war die Unterkunft so perfekt mit Großeltern und Kindern. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und durften es wie unser Zuhause nutzen. Es war gut ausgestattet. Dankeschön für diese nette und freundliche Unterkunft.

Simple: en quelques mots, nous aurions aimé passer plus de temps chez Giovanni. Accueil parfait, même avec notre arrivée tardive. Giovanni nous attendait, s’est tenu disponible en permanence, a été l’hôte parfait finalement. À vous qui lirez ce message, soyez sans crainte quand au logement, l’emplacement et sa propreté. Il s’agit d’un havre de paix comme nous n’en avons rarement vu avec mon fiancé. Pour avoir beaucoup voyagé et énormément logé en RBNB, Giovanni est de loin le meilleur hôte. La maison trône sur les hauteurs et la vue est splendide sur le lac. Tout est à disposition, machine à laver, belle terrasse, barbecue. Merci à Giovanni pour tout, tant ses conseils, la balade en bateau sur le lac avec les explications historiques ainsi que sa réactivité permanente. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr! Elo & Alex

Nous avons passer un merveilleux séjours à Rome grâce à Emanuele et Ana qui sont restés très bienveillants et disponibles pour nous. La maison etait magnifique et agréable à vivre. Nous relevons surtout leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Les meilleurs hôtes d'Airbnb !!

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

What a lovely stay! This place looked exactly as pictured! I was hesitant to book because they didn’t have a lot of reviews, but I am so glad we chose to stay here. The villa is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need. The grocery store is a close walk, and the employees were lovely and helpful! The beaches near the villa are all very clean and nice, and not too busy (we travelled in September). Check in and out was easy and instructions were clear. We felt very safe here, the villa is private and well secured. The hot tub was an amazing additional feature, especially on one of our cloudier days. The table outside with the private garden was a lovely spot where we enjoyed breakfast and appetizers. It was nice to have our own private and secure parking spot as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to make memories in a beautiful, clean, private space.

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Andrea fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y era tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación era perfecta para lo que necesitábamos, y Andrea fue muy atenta y rápida en responder cualquier consulta. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendamos y nos encantaría volver!🙂
