Party in the backyard in our hot tub that screams fun in the sun!

The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Two different beaches with river access are both just a short 5-7 minute walk away.
