Excelente alojamiento, muy cálido, mucha comodidad, muy organizado y limpio de verdad te sientes como en casa. Una vista al mar hermosa te sientes seguro debido a la buena organización del condominio. Rafael un anfitrión que está pendiente a lo que necesites. Sin duda volveré.

Communication rapide, agréable et facile avec Arianna., notre hôte. On se sent écouté et en confiance avec cette hôte d’expérience. Très bel endroit, la plage est magnifique et on peut y marcher longtemps. Il y a suffisamment de chaises et les piscines sont propres et très belles. L’appartement est bien aménagé. Les lits sont confortables, la climatisation fonctionne correctement, cependant les salles de bain auraient bien besoin d’être rénovées. Les électroménagers sont un peu usés mais fonctionnels. Juan Dolio est un site plutôt isolé. Quelques petits dépanneurs et restaurants autour mais les vraies épiceries sont à 15 minutes de taxi et plusieurs USD $. Les vendredis et samedis soirs sont très bruyants. Petit bar karaoké en face. En dehors de ces soirées, c’est un endroit très tranquille.

I had a wonderful time at Maria Cristina’s place. The view of the pool and the ocean is amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was convenient to everything in the town. Maria Cristina was quick to respond and willing to work with and accommodate us.

I had a pleasant experience staying at this apartment. It is located in an exclusive residential area of ​​Juan Dolio. I must highlight that everything was clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and full of beautiful details. The apartment is fresh, spacious, and located on the 18th floor, so no noise could be heard. The tower is beautiful, and all its social areas are clean and in good condition. Finally, I can't forget the treatment from the hostess, Tomiris. She was attentive throughout, recommending places and any services we needed. We will definitely be back... 100% recommended.

Es una casa excepcional justo frente a la playa con hermosas vistas desde la casa, todo estaba limpio, no nos hizo falta nada, cocina completa, las habitaciones super cómodas camas limpias y confortables. Nuestra familia se sintió como en casa logramos descansar y disfrutar del entorno, la playa es excelente y atardeceres de ensueño. Dario muy atento y dispuesto. La recomiendo 100%. José un anfitrión super atento y accesible siempre.

Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien en el apartamento de Lia. Es comodo, limpio, esta en buenas condiciones, tiene todo lo necesario y es tal como se muestra en la publicacion de Airbnb. Lia nos envio toda la informacion sobre el condominio y el apartamento con antelacion, por lo que no tuvimos ningun inconveniente a nuestra llegada ni con el uso y manejo de las facilidades disponibles. Ademas, ella siempre estuvo en comunicacion con nosotros, asi que siempre nos sentimos acompañados. Con relacion al personal del condominio, este fue muy amable y eficiente. La playa frente a Marbella no es la mejor, pero basta con caminar un poco (en direccion hacia al condominio Hemingway) para encontrar un mejor lugar y darse un rico baño. Gracias, Lia!

Fernando es un excelente anfitrión. Siempre atento, amable y muy respetuoso, nos ofreció instrucciones claras y fue honesto en todo momento respecto a lo que incluía el apartamento. De igual modo, el personal del complejo fue muy servicial. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado y hermosamente decorado y limpio. La cocina tenía todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, llevamos nuestros propios comestibles, y nos sentimos como en casa. Y la vista desde el balcón, ¡de postal! Hermosísima, de ensueño. Mariana es una anfitriona excelente: fue muy amable, atenta y realmente se esforzó para asegurarse de que tuviera una gran estadía. Su apartamento en Marbella, Juan Dolio, estaba en excelentes condiciones: todo impecable y muy bien cuidado, exactamente como se describía (¡o incluso mejor!). Me encantó lo tranquilo y silencioso que es el lugar. Fue el sitio perfecto para descansar y desconectarse, lejos del bullicio. Honestamente, se sintió como un hogar lejos de casa. Recomendaría con mucho gusto el apartamento de Mariana a cualquier amigo que busque una escapada serena en Juan Dolio, y espero poder volver a hospedarme allí en mi próxima visita.
