The house is fully equipped with 6 rooms with TVs (master bedroom with private bathroom, chimney, and terrace, 2 private rooms with queen beds, 3 rooms with 2 bunk beds each, 3 living rooms and dining rooms, 2 kitchen, 3 terraces, laundry another house next to the lake. Big garden shared with two other houses and private floating dock for your use. Kayak, floateres.

Our cozy guest cottage is located right on the lake shore so you'll enjoy de magnificent view of Lake Atitlan and its three stunning volcanoes. You just need to walk through our beautiful garden and dip straight into the refreshing waters of the majestic lake. Or if you're interested in exploring other towns around the lake, you can easily take a boat because we have a public dock right in front of our property! We are located in a very peaceful and safe area of Santa Cruz.

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
