Siempre que voy a PR me quedo en Joyuda (tengo raíces familiares en el área), y más específicamente en este edificio. Lo conozco bien porque me he hospedado en cuatro unidades distintas. Este apartamento es, por mucho, el mejor de todos los que ha alquilado. Es amplio, cómodo, accesible, seguro, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para una experiencia excelente. Lo recomiendo y ¡espero regresar pronto!

This apartment was spotless, extremely clean with no issues. The kitchen was very clean and the utensils were new. I would recommend this apartment and will stay again.

my wife and I loved the place ❤️ the directions on goggle ends up at the wrong address we kept driving made a left and found the place 2 miles down by the picture of the building ( use Waze in PR for directions ) 👍 besides that you'll love the beach peaceful getaway, supermarket and restaurant are close 💯🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

Alex Elena is hospitable, cordial and friendly. Her daughter and her greeted us which was a great welcome after being lost. She was there to greet and meet us. Walked us thru the place and went over the rules, gave us suggestions for places to see and had a beautiful fruit charcuterie with drinks, and a well stocked kitchen. The place is beautiful to wake up to and the pool is a beautiful treat. The only thing is on the weekend there is traffic and noise as people go to beaches and restaurants nearby. Don’t let it deter you because by Sunday night it’s less noise and tranquil. I would definitely recommend it especially since it’s energy efficient and appreciate that everything is run on solar power. That was a big plus as it aligns with my being self sufficient and example for fellow owners to use as an example. It’s beautiful and very well maintained.

-Beautiful water view - water activities -friendly - Perfect instructions - busy road, so can take awhile to back out of the drive way. - Beach was rough with a lot of rocks, but the kids loved jumping the waves by the shore. -close to many activitiss. - We would stay here again!

Sunset Point is an excellent property. You are literally on the ocean. You walk down from the property to the sand. The sunsets were spectacular. The unit itself was clean, well appointed, and the bedroom a/c's were excellent. Having two bathrooms was also a plus. Pro tip: when you arrive you'll have to open the gate so park your car off the road across the street. Depending on time of day there could be a lot of traffic, but it's easy enough to do. I would definitely book Sunset Point again.

La casa cumple con cada una de las descripciones, es fresca, tranquila y perfecta para descansar. Soriel fue muy atenta en todo momento. La casa está en un buen lugar ya que encontrarás el supermercado, Rest y otras cosas justo al lado. En cuanto a la casa muy limpia, hermosa y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días increíbles. El área de la piscina fascinante. Definitivamente quedamos encantados con el lugar y pensamos volver en algún momento.

The house was spectacular! It had everything we needed, everything worked perfectly, and it was super clean. The hosts were attentive and kind, addressing all our questions promptly. It was extremely comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Es la séptima o octava vez, ya perdí la cuenta de tantas veces que hemos estado en esta propiedad. Siempre me reúno con la familia y amigos aquí. Puedo descansar y sentirme en mucha paz. La luz se va con frecuencia en el área y el único inconveniente es la falta de un generador. Sin embargo la dueña logra reparaciones en tiempo razonable. La casa tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia agradable frente al mar. Volveremos Dios mediante.

The place is great. It was super clean and the view was amazing. Sunsets are a must activity. beautiful place.

El servicio fue excelente, la anfitriona siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos a conseguir las fechas que necesitamos ya que eramos un grupo de 4 personas que estariamos trabajando en esa area de hormigueros. Fue un excelente trato y una pronta respuesta cada vez que necesitamos su Casa. La recomendare a mis conocidos para que visiten ya que se encuentra en excelentes condiciones y tiene una limpieza impecable.

Pasamos unos días maravillosos! El apartamento es excelente en todos los aspectos ! Volvemos pronto, nos encantó ! Gracias 🤩

El lugar es acoger y perfecto para pasar unos dias relajados. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. Sin duda me vuelvo a hospedar en este lugar.

My husband, I and my family found this accommodation extremely satisfying. The view from the condo was beautiful which included sunsets at your finger tips! The large wrap around veranda was a great addition to the spacious, comfortable apartment. The beds were very comfortable which was quite important for our 2 month stay. The kitchen was well equipped for our frequent in house cooking. An abundance of towels were available for our stay. Everything you might need for a good beach vacation was provided; chairs, umbrellas, water floats, cooler, beach blanket, etc. We appreciated it all. The local beach was a short walk from the complex. Dorkas was a very responsive host and acted in a timely fashion to any requests we had during our stay. We felt very comfortable knowing that Dorkas was there to help in any way. We would not hesitate to return for another winter getaway in the future. Thank you for helping to make this a wonderful experience for us all!

This was our second time staying at Walter’s place. We love the location and laid back vibe of the place. It’s very comfortable and works well for our family.

Lesli was a great host. The place was neat and clean, and had everything we needed. We were stuck in the power outtage for a day and she guided us through perfectly. We will be back!
