This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

我要如何赞美Maria Chiara的民宿呢~这是我此次旅行中最爱的一个住宿地点，美好得有一点梦幻和不真实。房子的具体位置我描述不清，离皮恩扎不远，我们开了一路的山路，很好找。漂亮的精心打理的院子是我的第一印象，一只可爱的小猫在院子里和我们慵懒地打招呼。Maria带我们去了所有的房间，一共三间超级舒适的卧室，两个配备齐全的厕所，还有大小两间起居室以及温馨的厨房。因为到达的时候已经很晚了，我们没有来得及在路上吃饭，打开谷歌地图，附近的餐厅都显示打烊了。我们只好非常不好意思地寻求Maria的帮助。Maria和他的家人给了我们很大的帮助，他帮我们打了一堆电话，前面好几个都说今天满座了或者是我们要打烊了，但是他们丝毫没有停下来的意愿，直到找到一家开门的披萨店。我们很顺利地找到了那家当地的餐厅，简直是我吃过最好吃的意面和披萨，而且价格非常公道。夜晚，我们在院子里品尝白天从酒庄带回来的美酒，漂亮的院子和星空，气氛太好了。第二天，我们得以认真打量这漂亮的房子，它已经有104岁了，但是房屋的状态特别好，是女主人辛苦在打理。房间的家具和陈列特别有地域的特色，也有复古的年代感，配色迷人得令人挪不开眼睛。我和朋友说，感觉就是住进了一家博物馆。Maria的厨房也有很意思，大概有大大小小5只咖啡壶，非常有生活的气息。我们要离开的时候，Maria已经在打扫院子了，我们用谷歌翻译聊了一会儿，再次感谢她热情的招待。这漂亮的房子承载了我对托斯卡纳最好的回忆，和我亲爱的家人还有可爱的朋友。

La casa di Federica ha un’atmosfera unica, immersa nel verde e vicina a Perugia, offre il perfetto compromesso tra tranquillità e comodità per raggiungere diverse località dell’Umbria. E’ accogliente, pulitissima e spaziosa. Federica è stata veramente gentile, sempre disponibile ad aiutarci con consigli sui posti da vedere e dove mangiare, o quando avevamo alcune richieste. Siamo stati veramente bene e considerando quanto l’Umbria ha da offrire, sicuramente torneremo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Il casale è un bellissimo "rifiugio" in mezzo alle colline umbre dal quale si scorge la bella Orvieto. Ha un'ottima visuale sulle colline, un ampio salone con camino e addirittura una stanza forno a legna/barbeque. Il tutto in mezzo al verde, con piscina e diverse postazioni per pranzare nel boschetto dietro al casale. Certo, la strada è piena di curve e non si arriva immediatamente, quindi è un posto ideale per trovare pace lontano dalla città e non per fare ripetutamente sali/scendi. Noi l'abbiamo usato nel periodo di capodanno come base per visitare l'Umbria e siamo stati più che soddisfatti.

Siamo stati benissimo, casetta tipica su più piani e molto bella, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, in ottima posizione. Sig. Severino perfetto host. Unica annotazione: non adattissima a famiglie con bambini piccoli, data la presenza di numerose scale interne. Consigliatissima!

Un borgo meraviglioso immerso nel verde ma con tutte le comodità per trascorrere giornate all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Il borgo è stato ristrutturato in modo perfetto, lasciando intatto lo stile delle strutture. Gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con tutto il necessario e appena si mette piede fuori da casa si gode dei colori e dei suoni della natura, con la possibilità di fare anche un bel tuffo in piscina. Molto buono anche il ristorante e piacevolissima la compagnia dei cinghiali che si affacciano di tanto in tanto per un saluto. Davvero una bella scoperta!

Let me just start by saying, I have been to many BnB's but the 2 nights me & my wife stayed at Maria & Alistair's beautiful casa will always be in our sweetest memories. From the moment we walked in to the house, they made us feel right at home and were always super ready to help us and make our stay comfortable. They even helped us with the finding the local attractions and places and made it super easy and most importantly super fun for us. I would definitely visit their lovely home again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful home with a great view and just lovely lovely hosts. LOVE!

Wow, what a beautiful spot, secluded but centrally located so that it is an easy drive to so much of the umbira/tuscany area. Simona was so helpful, responsive, and generous and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

siamo stati solo una notte, volevamo visitare Terni e le cascate. Pertanto nella casa siamo stati solo il tempo di posare le valigie e poi la notte per poi ripreparsi il mattino successivo per il check-out. Ad ogni modo riporto: casa ordinatissima con tutto il necessario; bagno pulito e globalmente villa pulitissima. La villetta non è lontana dalla Basilica di San Valentino mentre per raggiungere il centro di Terni, occorre spostarsi con la macchina. Maurizio è davvero disponibile e cordiale, alloggio consigliatissimo 🤠

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Le seul chose que je pourrais dire de négatif c’est le manque d’éclairage pour la cuisine et salle à manger . Pour le reste tout est parfait si on aime le décor de la campagne:-)

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Sabrinas Unterkunft in der Nähe von Pienza. Sabrina war stets erreichbar und extrem freundlich & proaktiv. Die Räumlichkeiten waren tiptop sauber. Das Frühstück wurde stets frisch zubereitet. Der Garten und die Aussicht waren atemberaubend. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit extrem genossen. Zwei kleinere Bemerkungen: - Die Preise für den Kochkurs empfanden wir doch noch ein bisschen mit 100 Euro p.P. im teuren Segment (100 Euro p.P.) - das war uns leider nicht im Vorhinein bewusst, evtl. wäre es gut ein bisschen mehr Transparenz zu gewährleisten. - Es gab an zwei Tagen komplette Wasserausfälle für viele Stunden - an sich nicht schlimm, aber sollte hoffentlich nicht die Norm sein.

Our stay in Camporsevoli was exceptional. Valentina met us and explained everything we needed to know about the home. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we would need. We were a family of 5, plus two grandparents, and there was so much space for us to relax. Valentina had some wonderful recommendations of places to go and things to see. If we are ever back in Tuscany, we would definitely stay here again. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!

L'appartamento di Angela è al piano terra di un bel palazzo con parco di ulivi appena fuori dalle mura di Assisi. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la posizione, che consente di raggiungere il centro storico di Assisi a piedi, e la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nel parco della villa.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis en in de tuin van Stefano. Onwijs diep geslapen door de stilte en ontspanning. We voelde ons meteen thuis. We hebben ook heerlijk in de tuin gezeten. Stefano is onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aanrader!

Soggiornare nel casale di Gabriella e Luca è stato come una boccata d'aria! Siamo stati accolti da Luca, gentilissimo, che ci ha fornito indicazioni sulla zona in maniera molto chiara. Ma già prima del nostro arrivo abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni precise e dettagliate su come arrivare al casale. Il posto è meraviglioso e i dintorni stupendi. La casa è tenuta benissimo, così come il mobilio antico e di valore che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Avremmo voluto restare più di due giorni, ma sicuramente, quando torneremo in zona, il casale sarà la nostra prima scelta. Grazie ancora a Gabriella e a Luca!

L'alloggio di Francesco è comodo, spazioso e pulito. La posizione è ottima, si è in centro città ad un passo da tutti i monumenti, le stanze sono pulite, ben organizzate e attrezzate con tutto il necessario. Francesco è stato un host meraviglioso, sempre super tempestivo a rispondere e disponibile ad aiutarci. Speriamo di avere altre occasioni di alloggiare presso la sua meravigliosa dependance Minerva!

Piccolo appartamento in contesto meraviglioso, con vista sulle colline intorno ad Assisi e piscina che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare perché ancora freddo. Interni come da foto, bagno un po’ piccino ma completo di tutto e tutto nuovo compresi gli arredamenti della camera da letto e la cucina. Ottimo il riscaldamento autonomo visti i giorni di pioggia e umido. Roberta host presente e reattiva, ci ha consigliato ristoranti della zona e risolto un piccolo problema in pochissimo tempo. Lo consiglio per chi desidera un posto tranquillo fuori dal paese, e con i borghi umbri intorno ad Assisi a portata di mano! Ci tornerei sicuramente.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise in Umbria. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe
