My family and I had an amazing Christmas at this Farmhouse. Debbie's description of the house is very accurate, check in/out was a breeze and she made herself available to answer any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms super clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook our meals. Thanks!

It’s been a great experience for me to rent your house as Airbnb Super clean ,organized , spacious and relaxing area Because it’s first time we rent Airbnb actually I was a worried if the house clean especially the bed sheets and the bathroom If I have option to rent a house next Trip I would’ve rent the same one! Beautiful place to stay great location , close to Main Street . Enjoyed the hot tub well . We enjoyed our stay and glad everything we needed was provided by housekeeper . I especially appreciated the handicap chair that was available for my elderly mother. The only thing I disliked was our check in time was very late at 4 pm and our check out was too early at 11am . But other than that it was a great place to stay and I recommend it.

Miguel was very helpful. I had a ton of questions about the possibility of extending our stay due to being there for the final four watching Auburn. He answered them all and was very helpful in answering my questions. The place was very clean and peaceful. Beds were comfy as well. Miguel went the extra mile and even decorated it with auburn stuff knowing why we were there. I highly recommend!

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Great location and comfortable apartment. I would stay here again. The pool access is great with views of the river walk and short walk to the Pearl.

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Andres's apartment. It was located right on the Riverwalk as shown in the photograph. The apartment was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. We found several really good breakfast and dinner spots within a 5-to-10-minute walk. We also walked to the Pearl in about 15 minutes and also walked to the Alamo and downtown SA in about 30 minutes. Andres was very responsive in answering any questions that we had during our stay.

Johana communicated in a timely manner. The home was easy to find, clean and cozy. The kitchen had the essentials needed to make small meals and snacks. Johana provided the first drink and homemade cookies. One thing we struggled with was the temperature of the cowboy tub, the instructions for the tub and jets could have been more clear. However we did enjoy being on the tub at night and the ambiance on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and how close we were to the Botanical gardens, Riverwalk and airport.

This retreat was just fantastic. Check in was easy, the house was immaculate and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were fully functional. And I adored the outdoor spaces. The hot tub, fire pit, hammock, outdoor shower, lights in the trees, stars and the feeling of complete isolation were exquisite. The house is also located perfectly between Dripping Springs and Wimberley so that it was easy to go shopping, hiking, investigate wineries.m, distilleries, breweries, etc. And only an hour away you can be in San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg so it’s just a fabulous property. I would LOVE to stay again but longer!!!

Love Zach’s place. Stopped in for a night from Houston on my way to west Texas. The blueberry muffins are top tier. Plan to book again.

My husband and I had a fantastic anniversary weekend! The cabin was on beautiful property and was very nice and cozy (the pictures do not do it justice). Mary was very welcoming from the start with communication and throughout to make sure we had the best stay. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and watching the stars at night. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Great place to stay and you are greatly taken care of!

Awesome location if you want to visit Fredericksburg but be out of the city !!! Super cute farm vibes with ponies and cows!!!!! So peaceful at night while in the hot tub and watching the stars. Will be coming back again !!!!!

This was by far my most favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at! It was the most perfect place to unwind after a day at Sherwood and a girls night away. If you are looking for that cabin stay in the woods with the most beautiful body of water you have ever seen - stay here. It’s so great, I booked it again in a month for my hubby and son to see what the fuss was all about. The air conditioners were AMAZING and I didn’t even realize there was no WiFi! We were so preoccupied with nature and playing boardgames on the huge deck, we didn’t even notice.
