A cute cottage with a POOL on a working horse farm in the Texas Hill Country. Beautiful quiet setting close to Boerne, Fredericksburg shopping, dining and Wine Country, and San Antonio. River kayaking is close by and Comfort is an Antique shopping Mecca. The horses are friendly and complete the beautiful view out your front door. We are not a riding facility but love to share our beautiful farm with visitors looking for a peaceful holiday, convenient to lots of activities. Limit two guests.

Our guest casita is 3 miles from Downtown San Antonio. If you are looking for a manicured neighborhood, we may not be for you. But if you're search of a space tailored for friends or couples seeking a relaxing getaway, you found it! Our creative space reflects the vibrant Mexican culture of SATX, our love for design, & tech. The space features a private hot tub, premium kitchen ware, a touch espresso machine, & free-range chickens as your neighbors. The space is not designed for small children.

7S Ranch Bunkhouse

Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed and a futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Full kitchen, bathroom with shower. Features WiFi, RokuTV, AC/heat, Keurig, tea pot, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. You'll enjoy a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops & dining. Please, no kids under 12. In addition to this unit, a separate area of our property features three small cabins.

Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.
