Entorno precioso, un sitio ideal para familias grandes con niños y no tan niños, perfecto para reuniones familiares, tiene todo lo que necesitas para estar tranquilo y para que disfruten los más pequeños, también para poder descansar por la noche. Marta's place was simply fantastic! Our family of six stayed there and had plenty of space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The provided amenities lasted our entire stay. The apartment looks better in person than in the pictures! The location absolutely cannot be beat! Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and a metro station are all within meters of the apartment. Taxis are very easy to find at all times of the day right outside the apartment door. The apartment building was quiet in the evening. We never heard any traffic. Check in was incredibly easy and straightforward. The key pick-up location is right across the street. Marta was always very accessible, friendly, and helpful. This was by far our best AirBnb experience. We will happily stay again on future visits. Thank you very much, Marta!

My Spanish wife and I stayed for the entire month of April. We visit Spain most every year so we can visit her family. Lovely place, we loved the location: Close to TWO metro stations, a great supermarket and LOTS of shopping and restaurants. Even though we were close to the center, it did not feel over touristy, we felt like we were really living in a Spanish neighborhood. We loved the big, luxurious master bath, though we never used the bathtub. The second bathroom is tiny, NOT for big people. We never had to use the heat or A/C so I cannot comment on that. Gigi is a good host. Absolutely recommend!

La estancia fue genial, la casa es tal como aparece en las fotos. Buen patio que para cuando haga buen tiempo, es una pasada!! La casa está muy bien ubicada, a 5 min de Segovia y de la Granja, y a 20 min de la Sierra de Navacerrada. La propietaria muy amable y muy pendiente y contesta súper rápido!! Die Wohnung war sehr schön und zentral gelegen, der Gastgeber war sehr nett. Kleinigkeiten hätten optimaler sein können, im Großen und Ganzen aber ein schöner Aufenthalt in Madrid.

Este piso esta muy bien ubicado, la zona es céntrica, tranquila, el autobús pasa por la calle donde esta el piso y tiene un Mercadona a una cuadra. Pablo es muy amable, amistoso y siempre estuvo pendiente de si teníamos alguna duda. El piso como tal estaba muy limpio y teníamos todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. 100% recomendado.

hemos pasado un finde por la zona y hemos estado muy agusto. La casa coincide con la descripción y es muy cómoda y confortable. la zona muy bonita para darse algún paseíto por la naturaleza y a minutos de las playas del pantano.

Le logement est paisible et agréable. Un supermarché Dia se trouve juste en diagonale, très pratique et proposant des prix intéressants. La chambre est très confortable, avec un excellent matelas, ce qui contribue à ressentir l’ambiance chaleureuse de la maison. L’accueil a été chaleureux, avec des explications claires, notamment concernant l’accès au garage. Le bâtiment est équipé d’un ascenseur, ce qui est très pratique pour les bagages.

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Francisco's beautiful apartment! He is an exceptional host - incredibly responsive, understanding, and provided fantastic local recommendations and helpful information. When we made a mistake with our booking, he accommodated us immediately without any hassle. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four; having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was a real luxury. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a bus station and within walking distance to the metro. Plus, the area felt peaceful and secure. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay at Francisco's place again. Highly recommend and 5 bright stars!

Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . Es una persona encantadora....estuvo alli para recibirnos. Me preguntó si necesitábamos algo....todo genial. La casa amplia, bien comunicada, con menaje y cositas para desayunar y guisar, bien iluminada y con muchas ventanas, con aparcamiento y anfitriona pendiente de que no nos faltara nada....un gustazo.

Appartement très bien situé, proximité directe de la gare Chamartin (2min). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable , la literie confortable . Je recommande à 100%.
