Cozy studio with garden and lake view

Enjoy some days of retreat in this beautiful chalet, located 2' from the Lake of Gruyère and 5' from the station of La Berra, in the middle of our region called La Gruyère. You'll stay in the ground floor apartment of the chalet, with a main room, and a beautiful veranda which can make a sofa bed with mattress. You'll also enjoy the awesome enclosed garden, with sofas, dining tables and lounge chairs. The place is peaceful, very quiet, and offers a view that will make you want to stay forever!

Appartement indépendant et paisible, idéalement situé au rez inférieur d’une maison familiale récente, au cœur de la Gruyère. À seulement 10 minutes de Bulle et de l’autoroute, profitez d’un cadre calme en campagne. À proximité, découvrez une multitude d’activités : ski, luge, randonnées en raquettes, bains thermaux, piscine couverte, lac, sites historiques, balades et gastronomie locale… tout est à portée de main ! Une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique est disponible sur demande.

Studio cosy et calme

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Grand studio de plain-pied entièrement rénové, indépendant, avec terrasse, au pied de la cité médiévale de Gruyères. A 3 minutes de la gare ferroviaire, une place de parc est aussi dispo devant l'entrée de la maison. Ce studio est proche de la forêt et une place de jeux s'y trouve. Il peut accueillir 2 à 3 adultes et possibilité d'y ajouter un lit bébé. Idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (un enfant et un bébé).

Studio "Zen in Nature"

Come and relax in our cosy and loving studio. This typical little Swiss wooden "chalet" crossed our path a couple of years ago, and we took on the task to rebuild it completely in traditional "Gruyere" mountain fashion, adding a volume to it to have the space for an osteopathy practice and this studio. We wanted to create a space where we could offer what we love about living here: recharging in balance with nature and stillness. Comfortably fits 2 adults and 1-2 children.

Charmante petite maison ancienne, en face de la maison Caille et de la garer. Ambiance cosi et moderne avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour faire un break à deux ou entre amis. En été, pour profiter du lac de Gruyere et en hiver des bains de Charmey. Chaleureuses soirées au coin du feu. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité (restaurants, épicerie, boulangerie, etc.) La région offre beaucoup d’activités comme: Balades, parc naturel, bains thermaux, ski alpin).

Das heimelige Gästezimmer befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Militärbaracke, ist 52m2 gross und hat ein Doppelbett sowie ein bequemes Sofa das bei Bedarf für zusätzliche Gäste benutzt werden kann. Many hikes are possible from the chalet, such as the Mont Biffé, or the Tour du Lac de Montsalvens. Our fully equipped chalet is perfect for a couple or a family: wifi, TV, fitted kitchen.
