Our peaceful, orca-themed apartment offers a spectacular view over Grundarfjörður and famous Mt. Kirkjufell. In the summer you can watch colorful sunsets and in the wintertime witness the Northern lights in clear skies. The apartment is detached from the main building and includes a well-equipped kitchen (yes, there's coffee and tea), a private bathroom, as well as comfortable beds and a seating area for two people. The house is between the towns Stykkishólmur (20 km) and Grundarfjörður (20 km), where you can find all facilities you need. The house has superb view over mountains, sea and lava fields. This is a perfect location to discover Snæfellsnes peninsula. From here you can visit the Shark Museum in Bjarnarhöfn, go swimming in Stykkishólmur, go sailing around Breiðarfjörður or visit the national park.
