Charles place was beautiful and in a very scenic location. We saw cows grazing on the hillside, turkeys walking along the road, and even saw a baby deer wandering nearby. There were lots of amenities and clear instructions on everything from getting to the place to using the fireplace. One thing I would have liked to be warned about was the bumpy road to get to the house, it can be pretty scary especially whilst driving at night. But other than that our stay was perfect. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay the Fischer house. It is evident is a well loved home and we were very comfortable. Laura was kind and hospitable, letting us borrow boogie boards for the kids and the house is very convenient for our walks to the beach and to the main street for dining. Don’t miss the blue corn waffles at Hidden Kitchen.

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and there was 6 of us. It was perfect for our plans to go wine tasting, visit the beach, and just chill in this comfy home. Loved the beautiful French decor, comfortable relaxing areas both indoors and out. Very clean with much attention to detail. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. This home contributed to an overall very fun girls trip. Would highly recommend.

Great place would stay again

This was a wonderful place to stay. Peggy was such a a sweet host and her place shows thoughtfulness throughout. Not only very clean but perfectly stocked with just about everything u would need. The whole house has little touches throughout that made the stay so comfortable and convenient. We will be forevermore staying here for future visits to this area.

This property is an absolute gem! Out in the country with very little traffic. Greatc360 degree views of the local wine country. Bill and Julie's dining recommendations were spot on. The only recommendation we would make, is to have a key pad on the inside of the gate as well. We had to drive a car down to the gate so my wife could get out to go for a run. Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was truly enchanting. The home itself is warm and inviting, with every comfort thoughtfully provided—the kitchen is remarkably well stocked, and every room is prepared with care and intention, making it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor space, however, is what made this visit unforgettable. The yard is a haven—anchored by a spectacular eucalyptus tree that feels almost sacred in its quiet majesty. The gentle rustling of its leaves, paired with the joyful flutter of countless birds that visit the property, created a serene soundtrack to our days. The view of the rolling green hills from the house is simply breathtaking—a perfect backdrop for morning coffee or golden hour conversations. Our children were in heaven with the pool, spa, and thoughtfully curated collection of sports equipment—there was always something fun and active for them to enjoy. Meanwhile, we found ourselves deeply relaxed, soaking in the natural beauty and peacefuln

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

Its a great little house on the farm/vineyard at the top pf a hill. Lots of room to walk around and see the views. They also have their own wine from Vinyl vineyards Note that gps does not realize a lot of roads are dirt roads. Do not go up Long Hill Pl. the entrance is on the Windwood side. Also watch out for Fenman Springs which is also dirt.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, with everything from plenty of serving trays and wine glasses to measuring cups, pots, and pans—perfect for cooking and entertaining. The home was spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for large groups who want to spend quality time together. The backyard was stunning and a great space for pets. The location was also fantastic—nothing was more than 10 minutes away, yet the house itself was quiet and felt private. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. One of our favorite moments was gathering around the kitchen bar, cooking together, and enjoying great company. We had an amazing stay!

Great location. We love the home, kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfy and most of all backyard and pool were truly amazing!!

Diane and Mike’s place is like a private little paradise. It’s quiet and peaceful. The view of the sunrise from the bedroom window is nothing short of breathtaking. Nights are clearly visible and gorgeous. You can even occasionally see the rockets from Vandenberg SFB. 10 min from the beach and hundreds of trails. Diane & Mike are incredibly kind and generous, with homemade scones to greet arriving guests and sweet bowls of fresh fruits & veggies from the garden on my doorstep, like a secret garden fairy. Oh, and Bear!! What an absolute love he is! Being here is like winning the lottery. You’ll never want to leave. It’s an incredible thing to find the right match between a peaceful long-term stay and budding new friendships.

Die Kommunikation mit Kim & Josh war ausgezeichnet. Sie haben zeitnah auf meine Fragen geantwortet. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Kinder und wir liebten den geheizten Pool. Die vielen Poolhandtücher kamen hervorragend zum Einsatz. Leider war der Urlaub einfach zu kurz, aber wir genossen sehr unsere gemeinsame Zeit mit den Kindern dort. Elke

What a beautiful stay from a wonderful host. The attention to detail was amazing and so helpful. We had a lovely time!

My wife and I planned a visit to Sequoia, but when we got there smoke from a wildfire made it untenable. I contacted Heike, at the last minute, because we figured we'd head to the central coast. She responded immediately. And, lucky for us, the place was available. It's right next to a tiny airport (but you hardly hear any sounds and it's fun to watch a few small planes, e.g. Cessnas, take off or land. It's across from a park. There's a diner that's walking distance away. Pismo Beach, perhaps two miles away, has everything you'd want from fine dining to markets. I've never been to Oceano before. Now, I'm sure we'll go back. It's quieter than places like Morro Bay and SLO. The unit itself is a bit cramped, but not in a bad way. There's three bedrooms and two baths, and it's a two-story unit. I recommend Heike's place whole heartedly. She's super responsive. When one of the TV remotes didn't work, she had batteries delivered because she was out of town! Signed, Alan K

Our stay at the Airbnb was lovely. They left a thoughtful bottle of wine. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of cookware/dishes needed for a meal. It was a nice place to stay to be able to walk into downtown Templeton. Though we did not use the hot tub, instructions were clear. In addition, there is a thorough “things to do” manual that allowed us to find some new locations to hike in the area. Thank you!

Susan's Hideaway is a lovely peaceful place to stay. Clean, comfortable. spacious and well stocked. The master bed is very comfortable. Susan is a friendly responsive host. The area is beautiful and not far from town.

Top tier Airbnb place. Our family of four all found it to be a perfect place to spend our long weekend. We enjoyed the pleasant visits with the unit below and the cat while feeling very private. lots of thoughtful amenities throughout - the most I have ever seen at any house (Airbnb or not!). large outdoor porch was enjoyable and had great views. will look to stay again when back in the area!

Kathryn’s place was perfect and cozy! She provided very detailed instructions through the app and once we got inside which we greatly appreciated. It was also a nice surprise that she had complimentary water and snacks available. This was very handy after a day of wine tasting. Highly recommend!
