The kitchen & living room are open. 4 bedroom/2 bath, WiFi, TV, games, large deck overlooking golf course, picnic table and deer who visit you daily. The garage is not accessible to guests. No smoking; including tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.

The Wi-Fi is strong and can stream movies, video games, emails, cell phones etc.
