Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Dieses wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Appartment liegt im Herzen Kaisermühlens und damit nur wenige Gehminuten von der U1-Station entfernt. Mit der U1 ist man in 7 Minuten am Stephansplatz und damit im Zentrum Wiens. Die UNO City und das Vienna International Center befinden sich auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. This first-class 74 square meter apartment offers space for up to 5 guests. There are two bedrooms with Smart TVs each with a double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room that can comfortably sleep another person. Please note that this sofa bed is located in the open-plan living area and not in the two separate bedrooms. There is a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate WC. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the center.
