Escape to The Annex, a tranquil countryside retreat designed for relaxation. Enjoy stunning, uninterrupted views over open fields in this cosy bungalow. The cottage features a bright, open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge centered around a large Smart TV. While perfect for two adults sharing a king-size bed, we also offer a separate sofa bed (linen available for a small fee). Best of all? Your furry friends are more than welcome we happily host up to three pets!

Elder House Self Catering Holiday Accommodation

Welcome to our stable conversion, we are situated in Saltfleetby, Lincolnshire. We offer self catering with two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. The property only sleeps 4 people and this includes infants. The bathroom has a walk in shower, WC, basin and heated towel radiator. There is central heating throughout. Please ensure that you read all the house rules. EV CHARGING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

You’ll love this charming property, set on an equestrian yard in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails (including The Viking Way), yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

At the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Legbourne offers ancient woodlands, two pubs, a village shop, a children’s play area and many countryside walks. Explore the rolling hills of the Wolds, the stunning sandy beaches ,the local market town of Louth, or Cadwell Park which is within 6 miles .

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
