Esayuri was such a great host. Communicating with her was easy, from booking until check out. And she was a big help too.. The location was great, close to airport, food and nice shopping mall in east Surabaya. Bed was comfortable, we had such a great stay there. The fun part was the swimming pool that we got to use in the 4-stars hotel next door (in the same complex as the apartment - within walking distance). Gym was great too.. Would definitely go back there again in the future. Well done Esayuri! Definitely a great bargain for us :)

What a super satisfying stay. A clean and comfy apartment, everything you need is already there. Beautiful surrounding too, easy to get eat, easy access, and super safe because you always need the access card to go everywhere. Tante Anggraeni was one of the kindest host that i ever met, super responsive, super thoughtful and make me feel at home. Thankyou tante for those delicious welcoming snacks kue tok and arem-arem. We like it so much. We had a great experience here and will come back for sure to stay at Tante Anggraeni’s place. See youuu tante.. God bless you and fam.

Great place and attentive host

Nice place to stay! Overall, I had a very pleasant experience during my time in Surabaya. The staff was alright, though there was a bit of a delay when I checked in—I had to wait around 30 minutes. Other than that, the house was clean, and everything listed in the information section matched what I found. I’d definitely consider coming back if I visit Surabaya again.

Enjoyed my stay at Robin’s home. The unit is spacious and fits 8 people. A real bang for the buck. We even Cooked ourselves up a scrumptious Ramadan meal with the family!

- my kid loved the bunk bed - main room has a small WIC to put my lugage. - its important : the aircond is cold. Perfect for stay at the hot weather. Thank you - sofa is big and soft. - have a wifi but very slow conncetion. - direct to shopping center. - the kitchen is clean. - the refrigeratior quite cold. Popy was very friendly and responsive. She replaced the thinner white curtains with darker and thicker fabric ones for the windows as suggested. The issue others mentioned in previous reviews regarding noise did not bother us as the traffic was not that heavy on the road outside except during a short window during rush hours - most vehicles passed by without my notice. When we had music on, that was a non-issue. Thank you popy.
