Nestled in Wheat Ridge, a western suburb of Denver, this private home is located on .33 acres on a corner lot. Under the ROCK

Guests have access to the entire main floor including 2 bedrms, 2 bathrms, Lg Kitchen, Family Rm, Gas Fireplace, Dining Rm, Laundry, and a large deck with hottub. Guests can walk just 2-blocks to the entrance of "The Rock Park" and climb the "castle rock". Downtown Castle Rock is just a 2-3 minute drive. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.

Come stay in our luxury guest suite. Our suite is located in a quiet neighborhood that is 5 minutes to downtown Denver with many restaurants & activities located within walking distance. The suite is designed for a traveling business visit, a romantic getaway, or a family vacation in Denver. We provide fast, high-speed, reliable internet, TVs with many streaming options, a fully functional kitchen, a private washer/dryer, access to a hot tub, and a Blackstone grill in the shared backyard.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Private entrance, 1 bed, 1 bath, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. 2 Private Balcony's and very quiet neighborhood. Hardwood floors on 1st floor and carpeting upstairs in the bedroom. Bathroom is off the bedroom. Great neighborhood, close to Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Lowry, Uptown. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Easy access to DIA and I-70. Cable, WiFi.
