This unique newly constructed all electric 525 sq foot elevated structure offers a wrap around deck for an ever changing view. King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Our fun hidden gem is just the retreat you need! Only 7 minutes from Downtown Coudersport for all your shopping and dining needs. 20 miles from Cherry Springs Star Gazing. Very close proximity to ATV trails/Pilot Program in season. Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

Crows Nest, Pet-friendly, Private, Wooded Retreat

Pet friendly, air conditioned cabin with private fish pond (catch and release). Swimming is allowed (at your own risk). Miles of trails, and a million dollar view, total privacy, and glittering stars! Dark Sky area! Hiking, birding, x-country skiing, mt. biking. Near Genesee River. Fully furnished kitchen, deck with gas grill, H-Def TV/WiFi, campfire pit (wood provided). Sleeps eight. HUNTERS: 75 acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Must sign waiver and check boundaries with us.

Woolly Star Farm Getaway

This is the perfect spacious and serene getaway for any time of the year. Located in the country but only 3 miles to Alfred, NY; 16 miles to Hornell, NY; and 12 miles to Wellsville, NY. This getaway features a large living room, kitchen, and dining area; a designated work area; laundry area; two exercise bikes; three bedrooms; three bathrooms; a large outdoor area with a sauna; dining area; fireplace; and pizza oven. There is also a two car garage and plenty of parking in the driveway.

The Architects Suite at Lynn Hall

Enter the suite by crossing a large water feature at the front of the Lynn Hall via a stone bridge. The main living area, originally the Hall's first architectural office, features a 35 ft cantilevered ceiling with glass roof cut-outs that seamlessly transition into the front windows. A signature Hall fireplace is the main focal point amongst the original built-ins. An updated en-suite bedroom features examples of Port Allegany’s glass history, including original fused glass block.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Jasper NY, is this cozy cabin. The perfect place to find rest and solitude. The cabin and pavilion were built from logs harvested from our own property and sawn on our saw mill. The pavilion is perfect for get togethers, with lights and outlets. Near by is an Amish community with local shops. also near tall pines atv park. Sit and relax on our front porch, enjoy nature, sunsets, and stargazing. Get a good nights rest under our homemade quilts.

Relax by the pond, fish, or take a refreshing swim. Tall Pines ATV Park (11 miles) offers off-road adventures. Hit the slopes at Swain Ski Resort (22 miles) for winter sports. Located near SUNY Alfred and AU (2 Miles), ideal for parents visiting. Perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.

Glenwood Cabin B

For your next getaway consider our Glenwood Cabin situated far enough from the road to offer you a retreat from everyday life. This cabin has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a full bath with washer and dryer, and your choice of three porches to sit and enjoy the great outdoors. It is nestled into the edge of our woods on a 186 acre farm in beautiful amish country. There are trails in the woods for you to meander. We also are adding a nice playset for your children to play.

Hornell/Alfred Cozy 1 bedroom private apartment

Relax in a unique and private one bed, one bath apartment sitting above our beautiful barn with your own heated garage parking. The space comes with a full kitchen, a gas stove, washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. We are centrally located between downtown Hornell and Alfred, home to Alfred State and Alfred University. You would share a large U shaped driveway with the hosts, but will find plenty of privacy in this rural setting. We’d love to have you stay!
